I don't believe rewashing your ruined clothing is sufficient... I believe if your clothes are damaged the owner should replace the clothes not just "rewash them..." OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Washing machines ate my money, when I called to complain I got asked if I tried "jiggling the handle" in order to get the door to latch. I did try that, then I was told that the machines are old and that sometimes that happens. Had to pack up my dirty laundry and go home $8 poorer. Wasn't impressed. Did offer to give me my money back if I came back on Monday though, (this happened on a Saturday evening.)

Started using this laundromat in December. My first time there was my first time going to a laundromat. The owner helped me out my first day and continues to help out whenever he can. It’s always clean. If repairs are needed they get done quickly. It’s clear they care about their facility and the people using it. Highly recommend.

I had issues with one of the machines as I had never used that specific one. A gentleman there gave me the money I put in the machine to fix my mistake. Not sure if he works for this place but he made my experience fantastic.

One of the washing machines ate $5 just because the door wasn't closed when I put the money in. Be careful and follow all the signs or else you will lose your money. Also the owner/ manager some times is around and he is opinionated and tells you how you should be doing your laundry. Terrible experience.

I rarely have an issue here. When I do I call or leave a note and they respond pretty quick.. one thing I would suggest is some of the dryers could be a little hotter as the older ones don't dry that great.. keep up the good work :)

This place is disgusting!! I would suggest any other laundromat in KW. Multiple machines out of order and those that are "working" eat your money and don't run properly. The owners of this establishment should be ashamed. Don't waste your money here.

Always clean (unless customers are careless). Affordable. Bright and safe. Family business! Best laundry in town. Note to the person who gave a poor rating because the machine ate your money - its a machine, beat on by people, sometimes they fail. No reason to give a poor rating for reality.

Best coin laundry in town. Both the facility and the machines are fairly clean. Dryers work properly, which is not always the case in laundromats. There are plenty of both washers and the dryers so I didn't have to wait in a queue. What makes this a 4 and not a 5 is the price. Washer is 3.50 per load although the dryer can be used when I pay 0.25. The detergent comes in a powder packaged in a small box and it costs 1.25 on top of the high price for washers. I suggest bringing your own detergents if you are driving

By far the cleanest laundry mat in kw! Not sketchy, no one sleeping in it. The change machines have never run out of quarters while I've been there, there a sink (that works), a bathroom that I'm not scared to use. The owner is super responsive to comment cards and any issues.

Washer is a bit pricey (3.50) but the dryer is quite cheap. Even if you are like me and overload the washer, the dryer can hold quite a lot. Also, their coin machine is a godsend for laundry and it is quiet. Only complaint is the $5 machine has no indication whether it is working or not so I managed to waste at least 7 quarters because it showed no sign of life. Stick with the standard washers and you are good as gold.

Pretty good laundromat. Very clean and affordable. Washes cost $3.50 each up to $8 for a larger machine. Change machines on site. Plus the blue tiles have a cool vibe to them.

Is well lit and conveniently located. Wash: $3.00 Dry: 25 cents for 5 minutes ( it only took 20 minutes for my load). They also have supersized washing machines, 2 change machines, 1 vending machine with a variety of detergents. Has basic folding tables, and a couple of laundry baskets on wheels. Staff on site during the day was very friendly and helpful. Night staff was grumbling and unapproachable. Seating area has uncomfortable chairs. As a suggestion to the owners- more comfortable seating with a small coffee table and a box of books/magazines, and free wifi would be appreciated by customers and would make a difference in deciding where I was going to do laundry.

5/5 huge factory machines of dryers. 10 dryers and about 18 washing machines. 2 stands of changing coins n cash and 2 machines for getting detergents washing powder. clean tidy area.

Been here five time now and it's always been clean! The change machines have always worked and have never short changed me. Terry was there on the last visit and was super friendly. The place also got all new washers recently and they still had the bigger washers for my bedding. Much better than your classic laundramat sterotype.

Pathetic service, with very worn out and dirty machines. The shop itself is very grungy and smells mildly of mildew. The owner is extremely rude. I got a skin infection after washing my clothes here.
