First time trying sketchley.. I’m quite happy their service. My coat looks nice, lint free & clean. The shop looks surprisingly spotless! staff are professional and sewing a loose coat button costs a toonie so wasn’t bad at all.

I have been a long-time customer of this Sketchley Cleaners. Today, in wanting to drop off a sleeping bag and comforter, I was informed that I had to pay in full, in advance. Although I am not in agreement with this policy, given my past experiences with this store , and COVID, I thought that I could accept this. However, I was then informed that the addition to this new policy included NOT being able to use any coupons. Recap- pay upfront but because you are paying upfront, you can't use coupons. Not acceptable business practice.

Noooooooooo!!! I don't usually rate anyone's business but I had to this time. Stop going to this store!!! I was just told by the store clark that the store was broken into back in Jan. 2016, and bunch of men's suites including mine were stolen. The articles stored longer than 30 days will not be covered by the insurance, and they did not have decency to call and let me know about the incident until I come to the store. Today is March 23, 2016. THE WORST experience ever. Once again I'd strongly suggest you stay as far away as you can from this dry cleaner. Not enough security to protect customers valuable articles!!!! $750 down the drain... The rate is lower than 1, by the way!!

They saved my wedding, they went out of their way to very quickly clean a bridesmaid dress that was completely dirty on the morning of my wedding. On short notice and in under 2 hours we had it back to us, looking perfect. For the level of service and kindness they showed we can not thank you for enough. Went in to clean 2 jackets, it cost almost $80. The cashier was rude and there was no customer service to be found. I was told that the jackets would be ready in a week. When I returned to pick up my jackets only 1 was ready and they told me to come back tomorrow for the other one, which is odd because I was told it would be ready at the same time. Brought the jackets back home and neither were thoroughly cleaned, to make matters worse the one jacket had burn marks and was still wet. I called the store and was told to contact the owner, and they didn't have the owner's number so they told me to go on the website. When I spoke to the owner he was indifferent and really didn't care about my jackets being damaged and the best he offered me was a re-clean which i don't even want to risk because of how they handled my jacket the first time. Horrible service on both the cashier, and the owners part. Find a better place, any other local cleaners would be a much better choice than here. Avoid it!

We took a mens suit jacket to another cleaner (different company)to have a liquid hand soap stain removed after it opened and spilled on a flight back from a cruise. Reported the stain, the substance and location.Very bad job done. Came back with the stain. Dropped the suit jacket off at Sketchleys with the same information. OMG Stain is gone completely! Thank you!!! You saved a very expensive jacket and made us extremely happy!!! GREAT CLEANING

September 2019 I frantically went in on a Saturday after I discovered mysterious oily stains on my bridesmaids dress for my friend’s wedding that day. The person minding the store called the owner, knowing he was at the dry cleaning location to see if he could emergency treat my dress as on Saturdays they usually just do pickups and drop offs. They gave me the location and I drove there where he cleaned the dress good as new in just over an hour! When I went to pay he told me to just pay it forward. I have several times over!
