Had Pure touch come and clean my stairs and bedrooms. What a difference they made. Very happy with the results. Had them come back a week later to do my sofa and area rug. Made them both look like new. Very happy with the service and definitely will be having them back once I need it done again .

Called to have my rug cleaned. The lady on the phone made me promise several times that I wouldn't cancel my appointment. I find this to be very unprofessional. I also inquired several times if they would be able to get the stain out after explaining to her what happened. She never actually answered me and repeatedly answered me saying "honey, kids and pets are what keep us in business"....well thanks lady, that really cleared things up for me. A nice gentleman came to clean my wool rug. The stain was clearly still there when he left but he still gladly charged me for the cleaning. I was not aware they even had a money back guarantee until I found the paper folded up into four under my receipt. Called them back and they came to clean my rug again. The lady on the phone was clearly not impressed that I was having them come back to re do the rug. Came back to re clean my rug, the stain was still clearly there. The man did not want to give me my money back even though they have a satisfaction guarantee or your money back. It was like pulling teeth. Finally got him to agree to give me back 50% of the cleaning fee. This is still not okay. Do not give out a paper saying money back Guarantee if you're not going to own up to it. If you don't think you can clean the rug to satisfaction, either don't clean the carpet or don't accept the payment.
