Terrible Customer Service. I tried to wash my windows last night while getting gas and there was a sticky white residue on the squeegee. I got it all over my car and hands. Gross!! When I went inside to tell the attendant he told me it wasn't the station's responsibility and that he wouldn't do anything about it. Didn't care one bit; didn't even apologize. Just said that it wasn't their fault and there was nothing he could do. Um, maybe send my car through your car wash? Maybe apologize?

7Eleven staffs are so much better. Don't waste your time and money at Petro Canada. Their staffs so poorly train, could be just that one guy who ruined the entire impression. This white guy with 2 very short arms and 2 very small hands was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered 4 bags of chips through Uber offer for $1.38. He left me a voicemail that my order is missing 3 bags of chips and said I can seek for replacement of other equivalent valued items when I arrive.... When I got there, he selfishly changed my order to 1 bag and have my Uber order charged me $5.34. Seriously. Under delivered service 1/4 delivered and charged me 4 times more than what my order was. He even blamed me for not returning his call. Seriously, he left me a message that he'll replace the missing items with others choice and told me a different story in person. Mr 2 short hands, don't you know people are driving and it is DANGEROUS & ILLEGAL to use cell phone when driving! A waste of trip, time and gas on this order. What a terrible human.

Husband just stopped to fill up on his way home from work. We own a prius so not a big vehicle by any means. While filling up , he was reprimanded by some gas jockey that he was not allowed to fill the tank on the opposite side of the car... and that he would have to turn the car around?? Really?? No stress or pull on the pump whatsoever (It's a PRIUS) there was actually slack still in the line. PS ..... this is common practice at literally EVERY station he or I attend. (I drive a tacoma) and if it means crossing the box to fill I do it Every Single Time. So .... If this is your station RULE then you better provide the public with some signage, or your employees are setting themselves up for confrontation. Many I'm assuming will not be so kind at the moment as they are pumping their gas without incident.

Your staff should Speak with respect and dignity and you shall receive that in return. Thankfully I was raised that way. There’s no need for unessisary negative tone. I go through drive thru most mornings and some afternoons for Tim Hortons, and I don't understand why there is always a red Hyundai Veloster N parked at the pumps with noone there, and not being filled up. I can only guess the person who owns it works at the gas station. I just feel bad when I see lineups for gas, and the car is taking up a spot that could be used for paying customers. That's terrible service. The car wash is never the same twice - sometimes the presoak works, sometimes it doesn't. The jets are too strong for the sunroofs on both my vehicles. Sometimes I get a good wash, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get a good drying, most of the time I don't. I've given up. It's sad too, because I work within spitting distance and I won't use this gas station even though it's the most handy.

One of the few self-service non-7/11 Petro-Canada locations. It has a car wash, it has a tiny convenience store, it has a large number of pumps. Sadly it often has higher gas that the Petro-Canada 7/11 up on 10th Ave. Independance doesn't always mean better, I guess. That said, if you want to pick up a Petro-Canada specific in-store item or get a car wash, this is where you should go.

It’s a backward system, I don’t understand why your car wash has a machine that appears to have all the options to pay for the wash that is placed right before the car wash entrance. Yet you must pay for the car wash prior to even getting in the line. If your already in line and are unaware then it creates a issue if you have a line up forming behind you. Don’t make it appear to have all the functions to pay for the car wash if you in fact can’t pay. Extremely redundant.

If I could give negative stars I would. DONT GO HERE!!!!! They have been selling RV, boat and Septic Line antifreeze as washer fluid for a MONTH. This is dangerous and they won't give me my money back for that OR the carwash... When I went in to complain about the "washer fluid" a woman came in and said the car wash doesn't work. So I asked for a refund but didn't get it. The man didn't give her money back either just said the code is good for a month. Petro Canada needs to take this business away from these crooks

The gas is gas. But the customer service late night (specifically 2410 in the evening) is completely lacking. There is no outward indication that the pumps are off (they even allow you to prepay for your fuel) and there is no signage, just a rude worker shouting over the speaker "We are Closed! We are Closed! We are Closed!" After I had pulled up and already tried to use the pump. Then when asking why the pump is still taking money with no closed indication, I was told, "Every person knows we close at twelve!" Clearly some customer service retraining or reprimand is in order. Needless to say, NEEDS needs new employees, as I am clearly a "person" and I clearly did not "know we close at twelve." I will not be attempting to fuel up or use the car wash or even use the washroom at this location in the future.

"Touch-free" car wash is not touch-free when the plastic guards on exit did not separate. Instead, they scraped dirt onto the hood and roof of the car. Underbody spray, if it existed it all, was unusually weak. Better to use the carwash at the Ottawa Street location.

Gas pumping was fine. Checking my lotto tickets were good as well. Getting a donut and tea from the tims kiosk was terrible. Served by two different people. Male and a female that obviously didn't want to be there and wouldn't even respond verbally to me. I had to ask where my tea was when she started making large coffees and she pointed to the end of the counter where I guess she told the male worker in another language to make it. Maybe tell me my drink is ready! Not happy

I filled up my truck with diesel fuel at 8 Petro-Canada in Orillia. The diesel pumps area was utterly disgusting dirty and stinky. I took pictures to show you and when I said that to the attendant he became really rude and ask me if I was going to take pictures of the carwash too. He then came on the microphone at the carwash and was very rude and when I tried to talk back to him on the microphone he just hung up. Is there not somebody that does quality control at these Petro-Canada stations?

Been here about 9 times in about a month and it was the same guy that took my order all times got a tobacco product and every time I get id’d and so the guy seen my Id at least 9 times now like I think that if you see the same person and you id’d already don’t ask again. I have a disability and can't stand for very long. I went to the full-serve and waited with no help. I then went to the self-serve and filled it up myself then when I needed a receipt there was no paper. The no paper in the machine has happened before. Her mood was like she was giving me free gas and I was her servant. Petro Canada has a good name these people take it for granted. They just waite for their pay chaque. Every time companies should send their under cover or mistry shoppers from the different ethnic group so they could measure the customers service. But I was very disappointed. Next time when I have a chance to visit the store I will check her name from her name take and re write my review again about her customers service

I wanted to buy a few things, waited in a long line. The clerk refused my 50 dollar bill that I just got out of the machine... not because she didn't have change, she stated she did. She refused because she said she would have to put it in a safety deposit box and simply didn't feel like doing it again since she has to do it for each 50 dollar bill....

SUV was recently waxed and washed a week or so ago. Very nominal road dirt from the snow recently, decided to go through this wash... it seemed to be fine in the summer. First pass through tonight on ultra super wash, still film of dirt on sides of vehicle. Went in to complain to the attendant and he had a ticket ready for complimentary wash. Went through again and still did not remove dirt film off sides of vehicle. Noticed when you first go in the side spray washers have a visible timed of 15 second, I recall it being 20 seconds in the summer. The there is a higher pressure rinse seems to be a two pass and that’s it. Then a dribble down rinse. This place is cheaping out in the detergents and water usages at your cost. Heard there’s another touch free on other side of Orillia. Going to give it a try, probably worth the time
