Hi Hired Men in Kilts and Matthew came over today i.e. Oct 30, 2021, to clear our gutter. He did thorough job, was meticulous in his work and also offered me suggestions to what is most important job in terms of cleaning gutter vs house washing which can be postponed this next summer. I will definitely hire them in future and will definitely recommend them to my friends & neighbors. On a lighter note they have nothing to do with the Scottish actor Sam Heughan????

The weather turned cold and snowy the day of my appointment and we had to reschedule. Rich stayed on top of it and kept me posted. They called and came on the next warmer day, which was a Sunday. They were polite and got the job done quickly. Even posed for a photo. All in all a good experience.

My initial contact was with a woman with a horrendous fake accent that was a combination of Pakistani and Scottish, who was clearly sitting out on a patio somewhere, with a handful of children playing in the background. It didn't give me much confidence in the company (and quite frankly made me think they were "fly-by-night", despite my research). But once the local franchise owner contacted me my confidence was instantly renewed. We rescheduled the date/time from the fake-accent-sketchy encounter. The kilted-guys arrived EARLY (how's that for not being late!) and were super pleasant and got straight to work. Our windows look great, and quite frankly the entire service cost less than I had expected to have to pay to get our windows cleaned. I think I will keep hold of my local franchise guy's phone number for future service (yes, I will DEFINITELY use these guys again) so that I can skip the fake-accent-sketchy gal.

Completely Bonkers

We had to reschedule because of Covid19, and they were gracious and helpful. The young gentlemen who showed up today were friendly and did a thorough job in a timely fashion, despite the unseasonably freezing temperatures (they wore long-johns under their kilts!). I would strongly recommend that you think of Men in Kilts for your window cleaning!

I hired Men in Kilts to wash the exterior of my home. I appreciated their easy booking process and how everything was confirmed over email. Their workers showed up on time and even gave me a call in advance. I found the workers to be very friendly and communicative. They explained what they were going to do and confirmed pricing with me. There were some problem spots and black mold on parts of our brick. They tried their best to remove the black spots but couldn't in the end. They only charged me half the fee they quoted because the spots didn't come out. Even though the spots didn't come out I appreciated their effort and honesty. I'd definitely hire them again.

I said some of the work I could do myself and the guy came up with a new estimate for reduced work. The new price was fair and affordable. Beyond that the work that was done was excellent. My house shines! I’m so pleased. The technicians were great, polite, willing to negotiate, respectful and courteous. I haven’t used Men in Kilts before but I will again. To be honest, I’m a bit of a grouch and often hard to please, but I am thrilled with the work that was done and the price I paid. I am really pleased.

I have used this company twice before and the quality was good however this time I had to clean up after the men left. The front of the house was left dirty and and so was my sidewalk, porch and driveway from the men dragging their hose through my garden. They also dumped over and ruined a planter and did not say anything about it. I had to complain and they came back and I did received restitution for it. I will not use this company again.

Men in Kilts did a great job for us in London last year so we decided to have them to clean the gutters and wash the windows at a relative’s home in Kitchener. It was the hottest day of the year. The young guy worked diligently and professionally despite the blazing sun and blistering heat. Great service, top quality work!!!!!
