I love our upstairs again. With an aging dog, our white carpet had become quite unsightly. Zack was right on time, professional, and quick - without sacrificing quality. My wife and I are both so happy with the result. Will be booking yearly or more for sure.

Being a retired person with little help, I am highly satisfied with all the help I received (which was not part of the job) from Zack and his team. Thank you Zack. Made my day. The 3 step process (Shampoo, scrubbing, and steam clean extraction) worked beautifully for me. Extremely respectful of your property, highly efficient and a true professional who knows his trade. Went through the whole process step by step showing me what he is doing and how he is doing it. The results are evident in the pictures. Was very easy to schedule the appointment around my schedule. Showed up right on time. No games regarding payment, did not try to up-sell. Uses non toxic green chemicals. Cleaned up before he left. You cant ask for a better service. Competitive pricing (I checked with several providers in the area). I am definitely planing on inviting him over again for duct cleaning.

Contacted them to get my carpet cleaned. It had some latex paint stains and pet stains on it. They responded and said they were available all week and the next week. I went ahead and booked a cleaning and then they told me they needed to do an estimate first. So I tried to book that for earlier in the week so they could clean for me by the date I had booked for the full cleaning. They told me they weren't sure if they could do it then. They made it sound as if they were pretty open the next couple of weeks and then turned around and said they were busy. They lost my business. I was not impressed. I shouldn't have to book a carpet cleaning more than 2 weeks in advance, that's ridiculous. I will never ever use this service again nor will I recommend it to my friends.

I cannot sing more praises for this company. Booking was exceptionally easy and they worked with my limited timeframe. Arrived on time and made quick work of cleaning my woefully dirty carpets. Pricing is phenomenal and exceedingly fair and the owner goes that extra mile to ensure he does everything possible to remove any and all stains. I am in awe of his dedication and professionalism. I will be having them back in the future to clean my ducts.

As a home owner and landlord I have used a different company for the 8-10 Carpet Cleanings over the years. I wasn't impressed with the other companies last service so I decided to try Kwik Kleens Spring Special I found on Kijiji. Zack and his team were punctual, tidy, very informative and did not try to hard sell me or up sell me. They did inform me of my options but that was it. In fact he suggested not paying the extra because he was confident his basic package would be good enough. And it was. Last tenants I had left the carpets not looking too great, Zacks extra effort made them almost new again. I will be calling kwik Kleen Solutions for all my carpet needs moving forward. 100% Also, after the cleaning I was provided a $25 voucher towards my next service. Cant beat it! Cheers

They dont leave until the job is done correctly even if it takes longer then they expected, even if they have other jobs to get to that day, when they came in they did exactly what they say they would and did not cut any corners doing it. I had them in do do my carpets for 99 special whole house incl 3 bedrooms hall and stairs I told him I'm disabled and couldn't move thing ask if he shove futon out so it could be cleaned under it said his machine would reach. After he left checked around and notice they didn't go behind doors under futon corners were untouched and my landing is still dirty.. At first he was saying to do living room and dining room was going to cost more that's not what whole house means . He did but quick job not caring where he skipped. I hope this isn't how he treats all seniors on disability.esp when I said I couldn't move thing and he agree that they could move a couple things

Called Monday am..asked for a quote and when they could clean our carpets...discussed price etc...They arrived 2 pm.Tuesday as pre arranged...They were prompt., confirmed their charge for the cleaning..They were very respectful our our furnishings and did a good job.Carpets were dry within reasonable time..VERY HAPPY . I found the ad on Kijiji and it seemed like a good deal so I called up the guy and he agreed to do my 3 bedrooms and basement rec room all in for $89. He showed up and started measuring every single inch of carpet and said this will cost $380. I was shocked and said but you told me $89. He then said oh well we have to use some expensive enzyme to remove the impurities from the carpet. The house is less than 5 years old the carpet was in almost perfect condition. We bought the house from an executive guy that was hardly home and alone. We just didn't feel comfortable with the carpet.. To make the long story short he charged me $360 and was out of the door in LESS than an HOUR. They did the shittiest job ever and totally ripped me off. Do not, I repeat do not hire these guys for anything. This review will stay until I get my money back in full. I wouldn't leave even 1 star if I could.

Zack and his crew were courteous and on time. I had requested for the Steam cleaning special for $99. There were milk stain on the carpet in the living room which I was told were not an issue and would be gone after the cleaning. Unfortunately, after the steam clean and once the carpets had dried, the stain and the odor were still there. None of the stains on the carpet had been removed. I had shared my feedback with Kwik Kleen via email but never got an acknowledgement. Therefore, I won't recommend getting the $99 service unless you have a stain free carpet. Perhaps their more expensive cleaning packages are better at removing stains but I wouldn't know.

I had booked with another cleaning company who failed to show today. I tried to contact them and no response. I decided it was time to look online and find a reputable company. Kwik Kleen had good reviews (non-surprise ending - Zack lived up to the reviews). Zack explained the options on the phone and then asked when I was looking to book. I told him about the company that did not show up and he offered to come after he was done his last job today. I had everything pulled out of the rooms (for the company that no showed) and off the carpets so this was such an thoughtful offer and saved me doing that job twice. I accepted the appointment that I strongly suspect made their day longer than anticipated. This was just a few hours ago and since then Zack and his wonderful helper have come, worked magic and left. My rooms look awesome and my husband is saved from hearing me complain about getting rid of the old carpets because they magically look almost new again. A sincere thank you to Zack and his team. You will hear from me again and I will recommend you to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned!

These guys are awesome! I am amazed at how our dusty, old, stained carpet looked brand new after the cleaning. The carpet was fairly dry when they left and smelled very pleasant.
