Amazing company. I would recommend them to anyone. My windows have never looked better. They cleaned them inside and out (including the screens). Some other companies ask you to remove the screens, but not Klear View--they did everything! They also did our eavestroughs. Everything was top notch. I will definitely use them again. I foolishly neglected to have my gutters cleaned last autumn, and so was rather desperate to get them done this spring. I got an estimate from Klear View that surprised me--it was considerably less expensive than what I'd paid the last time I had such cleaning done. A few weeks after the estimate, Jeff and Cam rolled up, courteous and efficient. They worked quickly, and let me know what they encountered in terms of things to look out for in future. I'm going to put it in my calendar to have Klear View return in the autumn--and every autumn I live here. I'm also going to have them clean our windows each spring. VERY pleased!

Initially great customer service, very prompt and responsive. Upon further inspection, I had streaky bathroom windows and about half of the window tracks were not even touched and still needed to be cleaned. They modified the bill a bit, but I won't be calling them again.

We used Klearview a couple of years ago and just had them in again a couple of weeks ago. They did an awesome job. We own a large home with 4 levels of windows. It can be, therefore, challenging to reach the windows in our loft. The two cleaners not only cleaned the windows on the outside but also left my windows (and tracks) on the inside gleaming! My screens were also washed. Thank you to Kearview for an excellent job. They surpassed by expectations.

I don't know why this review didn't get posted in 2020 when I wrote it, but just found it in my drafts. In any case... [2020 was] This is my first year using Klear View for gutter cleaning. We also chose to have our outside windows washed by them. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. We have very high eaves and for the highest ones they used a powerful vacuum rather than climbing ladders, which I hadn't seen before. During the window cleaning they accidentally damaged a screen while removing it and they took it away to have it rescreened promptly and without question or additional cost. Frank and Derek were the two on-site but the office and admin folks were great too. I would use their services again and recommend them to others, for sure.

Not happy with the rushed job they did today at my home cleaning out the gutters/eavestroughs. They left sludge dripping down the siding and on the outdoor furniture coverings (thankfully the furniture was covered) on the patio below. They don't spray out the sludge and "drop a rock down the drainspout to see if the gutters are cleared". To my way of thinking not a thorough way to do the job. Disappointed in this service

Windows look absolutely amazing. I only have a suggestion. When your guys arrived, they took off their shoes and I asked if they had covers for their feet as their socks were wet. They did not so I gave them two pair. I did not have a third pair for the third guy. He ended up in his bare feet which left footprints on my hardwood floors which I had to clean after they left. I paid for the services but now I got a further bill. I don’t agree to this and please have your people wear covers for their feet.
