We hired Derrick and Tori to clean our facility knowing full well they were not the cheapest price. We as a company were looking for Top Notch Service inside a budget and they worked with us on that. Rest assured that anytime i call, or email them with a request they get back to me within a few hours at the max and we work out whatever details of extra service i would like. That to me is most important. Communication is key when your looking for great quality and the ability to be flexible to the changing environments of a manufacturing facility and these guys have it nailed down. If i was to get a call from another facility as a reference for Kitchener Clean i would have nothing but great things to RAVE about.

Derrick and Tori from Kitchener Clean are extremely organized and very nice people to work with. We had some unique needs for our office compost program, including six different compost locations, pick up twice a week, and security clearance for them to enter our facility. They are always quick to answer any questions we have and accommodate us to the best of their abilities. Within the first week of the program we realized we needed two extra bins, and five large bins, which they immediately ordered and had ready to go for us in just a few days. We have really appreciated their communication, professionalism, and look forward to continuing to build our relationship with them!

Very unprofessional. Received a quote from this company in 2014 and again in 2019 from previous management of our dental office. When our current cleaners (that old management hired) now told us they were not going to be able to do our office anymore, we reached out to this company again and the denied us, as they said we chose previously based on price and that they had warned us about "cycling" through cleaners. They have no idea why our manager chose the company that they did, and it's really sad that they would just assume that we picked on price. Rude! Also, 5 years and 3 years is not a lot of time to be considered "cycling" through cleaners. "We had been invited out to provide a Proposal for the Monthly Investment in the Office Care of your Practice, in 2014, and again October, 2019. We're sorry to hear that after such a short time you are looking again for an Office Care Partner. We had identified at both times that, if you choose on Price, you would continue to cycle through typical Office cleaning companies. We do thank you for the opportunity at this time, but we are going to respectfully decline. Our Clients value Premier Office Care first and realize that there is a premium for this level of Care."
