Too many extra fees for duct cleaning, clean the fan and spray in the duct both needs extra fee and did not claim that in the quote. For the seal off pipes, still apply the charge but only stuch the compress air in it to do brief cleaning.

How come its possible to get the vacuum cleaner full of dust cakes even after the steam clean ? They dont guarantee stain removal but they dont hve any way to prove that the carpet is cleaned...complained thrice to home depot about the experience but unfortunately nobody is there at steam dry to service..... It's just like getting a worn shirt dry cleaned on which stains are not removed but one can smell the bad order....which steam dry is not ready to accept.

We needed to have all the carpets professionally cleaned. Previously I was cleaning the carpets with a small residential machine I had purchased but we needed full steam cleaning to deal with multiple stains and smell. The technician Russ did a very good job and the carpets look and smell like new again. The ventilation ducts and dryer vent were quite dusty/dirty/restricting airflow and had not been cleaned for about 3 years and the Technician Russ had very good equipment and know-how and now the ducts are working perfectly and we feel much healthier and safer already.

Recently moved into a not so new house. The ducts and carpets were in bad shape and the carpets particularly needed special treatment due to pet pee all over the place. I was to either throw them out or clean them spotless. I called steam dry and they did excellent job cleaning up to standard. You could smell freshness by the time they left. They surely turned the house into the home I own today. They also gave advise on how to maintain clean ducts for clean air circulation and not use them as 'garbage chutes'. Excellent and very professional. Attention to detail. You could see the passion in what they did. I will definitely call them again in future. Would I recommend them?... Anytime.
