HIGHLY Disgusted with the woman who owns this business. My Friend went in there last night to do his laundry WITH his SERVICE DOG. The woman was extremely rude to him, saying things like " you don't have disability " you don't need that dog " No lady, you are wrong. My friend offered to show you her papers as proof that she is indeed a SERVICE DOG!!! The woman than proceeded to walk towards my friend in a threatening manner, to which his SERVICE DOG went into full protection mode. By law, NO COMPANY OR BUSINESS can deny access to a customer who has a service dog with them. It is against the law. IF I could give you less than 1 star, I most certainly would. Such a shame because I have been using this laundry Matt for YEARS. Check on your law's. You have to have it posted on your place of business that Service dog's are welcome. There is a huge difference between service dogs and your common household family dog. A service dog is a MEDICAL DEVICE. AND IS PERMITTED EVERYWHERE. The woman also ripped my friend off, the washer ate $4 dollars and she refused to give him back his money. Because she was in a huffy about his SERVICE DOG!!! And yes. We have contacted the proper authorities!!!

Dryer broke at home, with a load of wet clothes, no way to start the weekend. So off I went, I had never been there before, but I had an excellent experience, the establishment was clean, the machines were in great shape, and the young lady working was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Quiet convient and affordable. Normal size washers ($2/wash)and dryers around 1.75 to dry fully.

They claim to be opened until 10pm on a daily basis just returned from there and sure enough they were already closed. Whats the point of saying you are open until 10pm every day if you decide to close early. Fix your hours.

Decent laundromat with fair prices. About $3 for average wash and dry. Machine to break change was broken, though.

I go there regularly. The owner is very friendly.There are sometimes machines that are out of service but generally I have never had a problem getting my laundry done. $2 for small ones. $5 for medium ones and $8 for the big ones.They only accept loonies for the medium and large ones. The atm machine doesn't work but you can get change from the owners when they are there which is normally between 9 and 5.

Almost every time I go here to do laundry there is no one there and the only way to ask questions or get change or go use the washroom is with some one there. So to get change you ask if someone is not there oops no change machine, no ATM and no other business will give you change unless you buy something, what about if you forget something like laundry detergent can not get it here. Try next door nope. Oh and some times the washers and dryers are broken. Dirty looking. Lets say there is someone there.. hmm they will ignore you, mouthy, mean, arrogant and things still don't work but sometimes they smile! Cheers.

Change machine hasnt worked in months. Bring your own quarters or go some where else. Machines are tiny too

Decent place to do laundry usually quite which is a plus could be cleaner and smell better but overall a decent spot

I’m done with this place. The ATM is clearly just for show since it hasn’t worked in months. The “change” machine ONLY takes $20 bills... when it’s actually working. And you think there’s anyone actually working there to help you out? Guess again. Save the time and headache. Find another place to goto go.

I took this laundromat because it was pretty close to my home, after i got sick of smelling foul water on my clothes, i decided to wash here. Floor is despair and smelly, but business is fully operational on washing and drying. So for that, i have no problem running my weekly loads here. 20 minutes approx on washers are 2.00 and takes .25 per 5 minutes on dryer. Cheap! I spent only 45 minutes here to run 8 and half loads, in washer and into 10 dryers. Done and heads home to fold clothes with fresh coffee! Will always comes back... one thing through, atm and change machine is not working for quite a while.

been going here for about 2 yrs... cheaper and faster than my building's laundry ... nicer since they tore out the carpet ... yes sometimes there is nobody monitoring but I understand it is owned by people with children ... ATM and change machine don't work but owners always give you change ... see a lot of regulars there... owners are nice ...
