Came in for an ultimate car wash. The thing stopped doing anything after soaping up my car. Waited for 5 minutes, still no indication that anything was happening. Had to wash the soap off by hand. Worst $12 I've ever spent (+$10 for manual). Didn't answer the phone btw.

One of the better car washes I've been to. My only complaint was that you can't access the change machine late at night. And one night when I couldn't sleep, I decided to wash my car. Drove all the way from Waterloo. Only to find out they lock the door at night, so you can't use the change machine.

Always clean and ready to use stalls. Good options and worth the cost. Automated touch-less car wash is worth it for sure! The soap isn't watered down and gets the grim out! Extra rinses and the driers are excellent. Your car will turn out much cleaner and drier than any of the gas station washes. The best Coin/Auto Wash around KW!

This car wash is a little hard to find. You have to go down a side street to find it. Once you're there you'll see a drive though wash which you can only pay for with credit or cash. There's about 5 spots where you can hand wash your car (credit only). There's a room where you can wash your dog and some vacuums outside to clean the inside of your car. There are some vending machines you can buy some car products from but you can't access them at night as the room they're in is locked for security. We love doing summer late night date car washes when no ones there

Bogus charges and unclean car. I would rate this place zero star if that option was available. Purchased their top package to find out that all the bugs on my car are still there and ended up hand washing myself. Plus like many others I have realized that they help themselves with more charges once they have your credit card in their system. I wonder how the store and manage people’s credit card information. This would be my first and last visit to this place. And I hope my feedback about this place saves other people from become victims of their terrible service.

The place is very clean but they need to maintain their vending machines and car wash bays machines... wasted 9 dollars on two machines and called and left a voicemail twice on the number provided and no cared to get back to me... Kind of hard to rate customer service because they don't have any! Automatic car wash works well but expect a scratch or dent in your door if you can't reach the payment kiosk. Very frustrating! Also only seems to accept cash, credit and debit never seems to work and never gives receipts. For some people, having a clean car is a business expense and can be added to our business taxes. NOT WITHOUT A RECEIPT! I like the place but they need to get it together

Honestly this place when everything works is great, but that’s 50% of the time or less. I’ve been coming here for a couple years. I’ve had the machine eat my money, sometimes there’s no high pressure soap, often the credit card swiper in bay doesn’t work, hoses leak all over you... it’s not great. Sometimes it’s worth the gamble but overall it’s pretty poorly maintained.

Stay away. I paid for ultimate wash only to receive a basic. When I emailed them to resolve the issue I just got a run around then got ignored. They claim thier system is perfect with no faults and it never happens. Third time for me. Once before the gate and twice after. And only to get ignored every time.

This car washing spot is one of my favorite places in KW for almost three years. Especially, the touchless auto wash section do a very good job in cleaning your car. However, although you are paying 14 dollar for the ultimate package, but I wouldn't have expect to see water spots overall surfaces of my vehicle, which is always the case that you required to dry them manually by dry towels of your own.

Worse place!!! It looks appealing because its clean and organized. New car wash. But the coin wash doesn't even clean the car properly. Charged me for services that I never used and nobody picks up the phone to return that money. Then I thought lets vacuum. It wasn't strong enough at all. Left it in the middle and used my home vacuum instead. Not any typical car guy would be satisfied with this car wash. I would rather rate dirty looking old rusty car washes better points than this one.

I normally go to this car wash until I went in there and parked my car to go get change as I just parked the owner came over and asked if I was cleaning my car he instantly said I'm guess no so get outta here I said I just need to get change out he said it's not a hangout spot and kicked me out all I needed was change and I didnt want to block other cars trying to get out of the bay, why have parking spots if you cant use them, owner was very disrespectful never agian will I go he dont deserve my money!!

Just went in for the first time to wash my dog and I'm very happy with the facilities. I paid 5$ for 7 minutes of wash time which was enough time to shampoo, condition, use the flea and tick prevention rinse and blow dry my 90 pound Shepherd. Wear clothing that you don't mind getting soaked in or dog hair all over. I'll be returning every two weeks to wash my dog. Highly recommended.

Thought I would try it today for the first time. The auto car wash is horrible. Black car came out with a white residue film all over it. Poor dryers. Would never return as I now have to go elsewhere to clean it again. Save your $12.00 and go elsewhere.

The machine ate my $10. I emailed the company to get my cash back and they said I needed proof of a receipt to get my money back when the machine didn't give me anything to prove my $10 purchase. I sent them that email and they never responded back. So if you want to waste your money, definitely the place to go! :)

This is the place to go. It not only offers the car wash but there are big vacuum cleaners to do a thorough clean but in order to do that you need to find one that work well. It can get a bit busy in the afternoon but overall it is a good car wash at a good price.

I don't know on what basis they charge the customer but its too expensive, I wash my car for less than 5 minutes as I was in hurry so only did high pressure water rinse thats it, it charge me $10. I washed my car hundreds of time from other Car washes but they are not this much expensive. I don't recommend anyone to go this place.

The car wash itself is a great place to go for good pressure wash. This is the place to go to meet up with your car friends and hangout. The owner on the other hand? She is not very friendly. Me and my friends go there to wash and vaccume our cars and she always yells at us and tells us to leave and shes calling the cops when we do nothing wrong and constantly give her business weekly. Shes rude. Ignorant. Doesnt listen to what anybody has to say.

Used the touchless wash station but it just sprayed on soap !! than I was told to exit slowly and no water was sprayed. There was no warning to say that the system was out of order. I had to complete the wash at home. Upon calling , the call centre did not respond. POOR.....

This used to be my favourite car wash when it first opened. Now it’s a hangout spot for young kids and their modified cars. I went there this week and there were some men in their early 20s spray painting their car in the bay next door. Other times people park their cars in a bay and they socialize. I just don’t feel like it’s a safe place to go to. They should definitely beef up security.

The vending machine is not reliable. It often won't take second coins and there is no way to take unused money back from it. No credit card receipt is available. Nevertheless this is a pretty good self-washing place. Washing and drying area is spacious and well-maintained. I hope they will keep improving.

Used the self serve vacuum and coin op carwash. Vacuum suction is terrible at vacuum stations and the hose available in each bay. When putting coins into the machine for the wash sprayer it continuously returned my loonies and I had to keep applying until I got the full desired amount in, it even kept 2 dollars inside the return where I couldn't reach them, luckily I had a magnetic screw driver in my glovebox..Only good experience I had was pressure washer strength, I was super impressed with how effective it removed dirt and debris due to its strength. Overall, an ok self serve wash, but I think I'll stick to the Husky on Block Line.

When not busy, good and reasonable prices. I use the auto wash, no complains so far. Writing the review because had an issue - paid for ultimate, but got basic. As most of the other people claimed no answer via phone calls, but I got reply after an email, where I stated the date and time. Got a code for ultimate wash, which recently used and worked! So I recommend the services they offer!

I use to love going to this location to bath my dog. Not sure if there has been a new ownership but over the past 3 years it has become problematic. They seem to run out of soap, conditioner and the dry blower is never fully functional. Don't waste your time calling them or emailing them as they have never returned any of my attempts. No garbage cans (?!?); litter piled up on vacuum station bases. Vacuums have powerful suction, but some are clogged at the nozzle with debris. Facility is clean, aside from the litter. Washing bays are ample in size. High pressure wash is good and strong.

Very bad experience here, high pressure soup did not work so I had to just use the water only since I don’t like to use the brush as it scratches the car. I used my credit card cause I don’t usually cary coins I got charged 10$ for 4:30 minutes!! Unbelievable! I’m not sure if it was a glitch on the machine or what? Self pay system for the touch less carwash is so poorly placed. Not at all convenient to use from driver seat. Too high to reach. Other than that H2Go car wash is a very nice automated carsh wash place. They offer touchless wash. Initially when you enter their premise You have two options to choose from. They have three kinds of programs available the first one is ultra wash which cost you $12 the second one I guess medium cost you $10 and third the basic wash it cost you $10. They also have self washing option you can clean your car by yourself it cost less than the automatic Wash.

I've reached out via email and phone to file a complaint, and have never heard anything back. Pet wash with the wooden stairs has a nozzle that is broken. Sprays 360 degrees, no way of knowing until you pay. Much better service and value at Petvalu, $10 for a half hour, and you aren't forced to wash yourself and your dog.

Nice clean car wash,all equipment works well.It is busy and crowded at times due to people just hanging out socializing.The one major downfall is you have to load one of there cards off your debit or credit card.I loaded 20$ on it but was only credited 10$.There is a number to call for service but nobody ever answers after multiple attempts.

This review is for the drive thru carwash. It is slow, not reliable, a lot of services ar charged for but not really offered regardless of how much you pay. My last experience was to get stuck, when the door for the washing section didn't open. Called them and after hours there is 0 support.

Went here for a carwash. June 4 2019. No receipts given. My credit card showed a pending amount for $9.95. When my statement came I was billed $18.75! Check your statements people. RIP off! No one there to reconcile this. My son just checked the two times he went there and they did the same to him.

I've only used the car wash services here. The manual wash is very worth the small amount of money, you get a lot of time (I believe 5 minutes) to spray your car, they have spots you can park and dry your car, and also vacuum services. I've used the auto wash as well - big warning it's VERY slow. Only go for it if there's only 2 people in line for it because it will take forever. It does a very thorough wash though, and no abrasives cloth to scratch your clear coat, just water jets.

Stay away. Waited in line for automatic wash after paying for $10 wash by Visa, then got a message saying that the wash was closed for service and that I wouldn't be charged. Checked my Visa and there was a $10 charge. Called the number 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from anyone. I have used the manual wash a few times and thought I was being charged $4.65 each time only to find a $10 charge on my visa bill. This isn' t right..

DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! So, I go into the ATM/vending machine/change machine room of a car wash. I pull out $20.00 of the ATM so I can put it into the change machine to get $20.00 worth of toonies and loonies. I only plan on using $4.00 change for the car wash bay. I place my $20.00 in the change machine and the machine accepts it and I press the button to dispense my change and it doesn't work, I then see that there is $120.00 credit already on the machine, meaning others must have run into the same problem. I keep pressing the button and look around for some to help and a man says the machine took his money as well. I begin to email the business info@h2go.me and tell them their machine is not working and I am in a rush. They say I am supposed to have receipt. The machine did not dispense a receipt to me and there are cameras to prove I did not get one. I notice an employee and ask her for assistance. She says that this happened before and the change machine froze, which means it won't dispense change or receipts. She reassures me that I will get my money back and she will notify her manager. The manager only offered gift cards. So by you saying that “I don’t have a receipt” when you can see on the camera and your employee can see that the machine did not give me one, makes it very clear to me that you are deliberately trying to make profit off a faulty machine. This is a direct form of Buisness fraud. I can imagine that is great revenue for a Buisness scamming $120/day. The ultimate decision is that they do not give cash refunds without a receipt. I explained to him to check the cameras (2 of them) to prove that I directly took my $20.00 and placed it in the change machine and no receipt was dispensed to me. I was NEVER planning on using the full amount of change at the car wash but the person emailing me told me he can give the amount in a gift card. I then told the person I will go to the BBB if they don't give the money that the machine took from me. He told me to file a complaint to the BBB and so I did. Bottom line the business should take responsibility of the faulty machine and compensate the customer for it.

Here I used RO for water fill in a can 15 liters. I used 11.4 and 3.8 liters to fill up 15 liters can but the machine gave less 1.5 liters. I dont see anywhere in the location to contact or report an issue.

Today, i went to wash my car i pulled into the bay and proceeded to put coins in required to start when the machine ate my toonie would not go into the slot... These outdated machines are terrible that card option is the safest way. I called they did not answer so im out $2 car is not washed correctly. My frist time here and I paid for the $12 automatic wash. The car was not very clean afterwards at all. When rinsing, it did not come back over to the driver's side or front hois area, and the same thing happened with the protectant and spot free... The arm just didn't do the driver's side or hood area at all during these steps. I parked and checked the work after and it is garbage. My car looks greasy or grimy now... I have a black car and wanted to try the touchless... Looks like I'll be going to the manual bays next time and just put up with the swirls and scratches.

Thought I’d try it out since it’s closer to home, I usually go to Suds on Hespeler road. Machine for touchless wash wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Tried calling the number on the board for help, no answer. Had to awkwardly run into the building to get a gift card, and the machine wouldn’t accept that either. Thankfully got cash at the same time. The wash itself left tons of salt and dirt on my car. The basic wash at a gas station seems to do a better job. Add on the fact that there were about 20 teenagers taking up all the spots (not using the facility), standing in the middle of the road blocking cars from getting in or out. Running back to Suds and not coming back.

I was only here to wash the winter off my car but I have plans on coming back and doing a full job. machine ate my change, there was no soap to clean my car so i just had to rinse it. i kindly asked the owner who was there to deal with the issue of the machine eating our change, and he told me to call to complain and get off the property. while i was asking him to resolve the issue, the owner laughed at me in a very disrespectful manner and repeatedly kept telling me to leave. I called the number several times to complain, only to have no one answer. this place has really gone downhill in the past months and i’m quite disappointed with the experience.

Yesterday around 5 pm I paid for a $14.00 ultimate car wash. There were four cars ahead of me that had already gotten past the boom barrier. I paid at the teller and while waiting for the boom barrier to open the teller went out of service. The cars ahead of me could not get into the car wash as it had broken down. I called the business number numerous times, as well as the other cars ahead of me and no one got an answer. No one has even called me back and no one who worked there was on the premises to help. We were forced to have to back out of the car wash line after paying and waiting a very long time for someone to help which never happened. I do not know why this business has such high reviews when no worker is ever on the premises and they can't answer a phone call.

Terrible experience! Dryer cut out halfway through the count down timer. Had to come home and dry the car by hand. The place has gone downhill since it opened. Now, there's damaged signposts and other signs of neglect. Not worth the $14 any more, in my opinion.

This was my go-to car wash for the longest time but it has fallen into a state of disrepair in the last few months. Machines are often not working and equipment is occasionally broken. My biggest gripe is with regards to the credit card readers in the self serve stalls which have seized to function in a number of stalls. Edit: I have just noticed that the machine in the self serve stall charged me an extra $5. Will not be returning.
