I love this place but there's quite a few machines that have been "Out of order" for a few months now that aren't getting fixed. This limits your choices of machines a bit. It's change operated, not token.

Wonderful service! Ever since discovering that they wash and fold for only $1/lb I have skipped the laundry and bring to them instead! They will pick up and drop off as well for a small additional cost.

Clean place good price. I lost track of time and got locked out. Owner came and let me in to get my stuff at 11pm. He also let another guy stay until his stuff was done

On top of their great rate, the service provided was beyond amazing! I've had such pleasure dealing with Tony. He has always been able to accommodate my requests for delivery/pickup after my work hours. Clothes are always clean and folded so neatly. Socks are paired up, sweater was hung to air dry instead of dryer. Amazing! I have nothing to say but great thing about Centreville. Definitely recommending this place to anyone in KW area who needs wash and fold service.

It's a good place to do your laundry. The staff is friendly and there's a lot of different washing machines with different price ranges that suit different budgets. The dryers are big and can fit two loads.

So happy I found out about this place! They pick up, wash, sort and fold my laundry then deliver it back! They even pair the socks! I wish I known about them ages ago. Not to mention their customer service is excellent. So nice and they try their best to make the customer happy. I highly recommend.

I used to work at an upscale laundry mat, so I know my stuff. I'm very impressed with this place! Their hours are great considering the pandemic. When I came in, an attendant was mopping the floor. This laundry mat was super clean and bright! The two folks working were very friendly and very helpful. Staff were wearing masks, which is appreciated. The space appears to be lovingly cared for. Looks like there was recent renovations. They had coffee and snacks which is a nice touch. They had a variety of machines in a variety of sizes. The machines are extremely well maintained. Even the soap trays were clean. They had chairs outside for customers who were waiting, so thoughtful. Definitely will be coming back!

Called from out of town. My sister was getting her flooring redone and was behind on laundry. Tony picked up her laundry and in a couple of days it was done and delivered to her door. She was very happy how clean and fresh her clothes were. Great Job. Thanks.

Very clean with lots of space to move around with your laundry cart. Washroom would move it to a 5....not convenient to have to use the washroom in the restaurant next door.

Cleaner than most laundry places. Always someone wiping down machines. Usually friendly and helpful. It's a little small and pricier than some others. Dryers are pretty good though. I do wish there was access to a sink for us to use to wash our hands or to clean the tables off. And maybe a washroom.

These guys really know what they're doing. I used their wash and fold service, and it cost basically the same amount as using their coin-op machines (since I have so many things that need to be separately washed). I picked up my clothes the next day and they were cleaner than I have ever seen them before (to the point where I was disgusted at how dirty I had been unknowingly wearing my clothes). I didn't have to do anything, they came perfectly folded from lightest to darkest colour, socks paired up, sheets beautifully folded. The attendant even carried the bag to my car. I'll likely be using their delivery service in the future, which is only $10 to pickup and deliver your clothes. This is my #1 choice for laundry, I can't describe how great my experience was. I highly recommend that everyone use this service.

Great drycleaning rates, they also do a punch card to get free dry-cleaning. I didn't do my laundry there but I think they offer laundry service by the pound as well.

i dropped off pretty much my entire wardrobe, picked it up a couple of hours later. it was all perfectly folded and even my socks were paired up. once i got home i only had to put it away which took a few minutes vs dedicating almost an entire afternoon to laundry. definitely going back, the price is great too

Cycles for the standard washers are less than 15 mins when permanent press is selected (which should be at least 30), so you're losing a lot of value there. You'll need to use the heavy duty washers in order to get a standard size load with average soil level properly cleaned, which is pretty frustrating. I've never had this issue with any other laundromat

Always clean, not busy in the evenings. I have only used the dryer since mine broke at home. I can dry a load in 20 minutes for $1.00 (25 cents per 5 minutes). Highly recommend.
