The tile and grout of the house I bought recently was quite dirty. The tile had black specks that I couldn't remove, and the grout was very discoloured. Car-Michael Cleaning cleaned my tile and grout, as well as did a colour sealing. Mike is a very friendly guy. When he was in our house to estimate his service, he was meticulously clear about what had to be done. He explained the type, the tissue, and the technique he planned to apply. He used a ultra-violet light to spot hidden stains. He arrived on time, performed the job as planned, explained what was done and gave recommendations about how to maintain it clean for longer. Until Mike and Carla came in and did a free estimate, we didn't how bad our carpets really were. Its amazing how much dirt and pet urine they were able to extract, and now our carpets look brand new. Somehow they were able to completely remove an old red wine stain we have been covering with our coffee table.

We hired Mike from Car-Michael Cleaning for grout cleaning and colour restoration. Our first encounter was over the phone, and Mike was so helpful and answered all our questions with a lot of detail. They showed up on time, and completed the job beyond our expectations. The grout between our old 12x12 tile was very dark, and made the kitchen/dinning area look dated to the point where we considered replacing it all. I didn’t even know painting tile grout was a thing ... but after trying to scrub a small area of my circa-1997 kitchen floor and not seeing much of an improvement, I knew there had to be a better way ! In my Google searching, I came across Car-Michael Cleaning and saw how they could make old, dirty tile floors look brand new. Their reviews were fantastic, so I called them up to learn more about their process. From the very beginning, Mike was very helpful, prompt and professional. He came by to take a look and provided a quote, and also demonstrated the product and process by showing a couple of suitable grout colour options (in a hidden area) so I could see how it would look. I decided to take the leap and now that Mike has worked his magic, my tired old floor looks brand new ! I am completely amazed at the transformation and so happy I accidentally stumbled across Car-Michael Cleaning. If someone had told me that I can get my tiles looking like new again I would not believe it. It's like these people magic... I really think they have a magic wand. My tiles had 18 years of build up of all the different floors cleaners and the water cleaning over the years makes the grout looks brown. Now that has disappeared. My floors are like new again!!! I had used Car-Michael in the summer to have my grout cleaned and sealed on the flooring of my main floor. The work they did was AMAZING. They spent the time needed to do the work properly, and they made sure I understood what they were doing and how to maintain it afterwards. To look at my floors now you would think they were brand new! When the time came that I needed my carpets cleaned, they were of course the first people I called. They were able to schedule us in fairly quickly and again took the time to do the work right. Stains that I was sure were there for life are now gone! Car-Michael cleaned and protected all the carpets in the house and a large area rug. I chose them due to the knowledge and thoroughness of Michael during the estimate. Also, they have great products and the best warranty I could find. They did an excellent job, especially as it is white carpet. I went with the Green Guard protector due to the 1 year stain warranty plus the safety of the product. They had 3 family members working who were professional, detail oriented and friendly. Their price was very competitive with the 3 quotes I got. They used USOR Unchained on pet stains to remove them. Overall it was a great experience. I'll be using them again.

We hired Car-Michael cleaning for furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning, and grout sealing. I was extremely impressed as my almost 20 year old carpets that have been through 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids and they look like the day we moved in. I would think if someone told me their process was this good that it would be BS but no it is true it is that good. What can I say about the grout restoration other than amazing as well. I truly feel like I have new floors though out the house. I really should have taken before pictures. Let them try to clean your carpets, grout, furniture you will be impressed
