I needed my bathroom fan and dryer ducts cleaned. The crew arrived on time, were very professional, and got the job done quick. 2 bathrooms and my dryer in an hour and a half. They even added some WD40 to one of my fan units that was seizing which will get me more life out of the unit. Very reasonable pricing for preventative maintenance that could prevent a house fire.

Craig and Mark did an excellent job. Very courteous and helpful and efficient. They were both very good at explaining the process and listening to my concerns. I told them of problem areas where it didn't seem the air was flowing fully. Mark verified/checked the air flow and cleaned all the vents and Craig spent time in the basement checking pipes and adjusting louvres to maximize air flow and cleaning the furnace. Turns out that the louvres were almost closed on a few pipes! The furnace was filthy - you could hear the dust/dirt coming through the hoses! The difference was immediate. 2 of the 3 problem rooms improved between 50-70% right away! I knew that I would be glad to have the vents cleaned just from a health perspective, but I am equally as relieved that I now have more efficient heat/air flow to the whole house!

I had AAA come out to clean my ducts on a property I was preparing to sell. They were prompt and courteous in booking the appointment and worked around my schedule and availability. At the property, they took care to ensure no damage to the house and were friendly to chat with. They also reminded me to replace the filters in the furnace after visiting. Two months after their visit, the filter still showed very clean and dirt free. Very happy with their professional service.

I have allergies and sometimes breathing sensitivities so I knew it was time to get my ducts cleaned. I called AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning Ltd. and I got an appointment for the date and time I wanted. The day of the appointment, Mark called ahead and showed up right on time. These guys don't fool around. They set up right away. They took their shoes off and set up protective covers for the door sills and walls. I let them do their thing and when I returned about two hours later, WOW. I could tell right away the place felt cleaner. My breathing cleared up right away. Mark took the time to explain what they did and gave me a a brief but detailed account of the work they did. The end result is that my air quality is now excellent and these guys were fair and honest with their pricing both before and after doing the job. If you need to get your air ducts cleaned and you don't want to wait for that fellow who calls you every week from phone number VX12S33dRe43524, then you should call AAA. I got them to put a brightly-coloured sticker on my furnace with the dates of today's work and recommended future cleaning, just as a reminder for me later. Very happy with this company and their high-quality service. Oh and I got a free deodorizing too.

I don’t write many reviews, but I felt compelled to comment on my recent experience with AAA Steam and Carpet Cleaning. Over the last few years, I’ve dropped off some custom-made mats that I have in my house and they cleaned them perfectly and on-time every time. Recently, I had them steam clean the all of the carpet in my home. I honestly think the carpet looks like brand new. They’re a high cut pile carpet, and they now look, feel, and smell amazing! While they were cleaning my carpet, I learned that they offer tile and grout cleaning. A couple days later I had them back to do that, and they did an impeccable job. They power-scrubbed all of my tile and re-sealed the grout. I have light colored grout and tile and they show dirt easily. They were able to remove all of the stains it looks amazing. Since I was on a cleaning roll, I decided to have them come back a few days ago and clean my ducts. Again, a they did a fantastic job. They were respectful of the fact that I had a Teams meeting coming up and they managed to get finished just in time for me to log into my meeting. They worked so hard to make sure they finished on time, so the noise of their vacuum truck, wasn’t a distraction. Now my house looks and smells brand new. With every interaction that I had with them, their staff were courteous, professional, and respectful, of both my time, my home, and my belongings. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Give them a try - you and your home will be glad that you did!

I have used AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning in the past for 2 wool area rugs which were inherited from inlaws. They did a beautiful job of cleaning them and put a new row of fringes on the carpets. I sent out two additional area rugs recently and they did another fantastic job, even getting rid of pet urine. I wasn't sure one of them could be salvaged because of it. The urine went undetected prior to cleaning. The company had to do additional cleaning at an additonal cost but I was advised in advance and there were no surprises.
