Never met a bigger bunch of liars in my life. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! Better yet GO ELSEWHERE!!! We called Thurs AM looking to rent 2 sleds for 3 days. We were told they had TONS of snow mobiles to rent, there was no need to book in advance. Arrived Fri AM, "We have 2 you can have today and only 1 tomorrow and none on Sun." He went on and on about how expensive insurance was this year, but didnt seem to care we jsut drove 8 hrs and could no longer sled all weekend as we were told on the Thurs when we called. Then he tells us there's NO WAY we can drain the gas tank in 1 day. 4hrs later both machines gas lights come on. Just idiots, stay away from this place and you'll enjoy your sledding in the area.

We have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. We took the time to reserve our snowmobiles before driving up 8 hours north. The 2 snowmobiles that we rented were very recent models. The pricing was as quoted . We returned them full of gas with no damages and our deposit was returned in full. I’m very sad to read these complaints as it does not do them justice. This type of service is rare as we looked around a lot and they are the only ones in northern Ontario . We are planning to book our sleds for next years trip with them. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

Same as last bunch... called on Saturday morning for sled because mine had issues was told they had lots to rent but the manager is only there Monday to Friday and he is only person that can rent them out

Nothing for rent here aparently, calling back and forth for a week and the manager has always “just stepped out”. Never a call or email back.

Rented a trailer to transport my snowmobile. I had a wonderful experience with them. Very nice staff. Goes the extra mile to help you out. Broke a light on the rented trailer. I was so apologetic and embarrassed but they were nice about it. Very understanding. Charged me way less than I expected. Highly recommended.
