Spent almost $200 on items in the store at 12pm, come back 20 minutes later to exchange the bong that I just bought and obviously didn't use, was still wrapped up in the bag to buy another more expensive bong. Only to be told they don't do returns on anything and nothing could be done because it may be broken, (even though the employee didn't even get up to look at the bong) along with other erelavent excuses. Very disappointed, my girlfriend and I regularly purchased goods from this store but this will be out last time.

I don't know why they bother giving you a receipt, you can't use it? How about a sign or tell the customer everything is non refundable before they buy something, not when they bring it back. Not happy and not coming back.

Worst treatment rude I will never personally go back brought in a 1000 dollar ring and she told me it was fake but I just baught it over 5 mounths ago from a jeweler lol she made me laugh not to mention horrible bisness woman . Do not trust going there .

When I was in the store a native lady was trying to sell a ring. She took one look at her and said very bluntly that she wasn't interested in the item without even looking at the ring, the ring turned out to be worth $500.00. She had a receipt for the ring. P
