At least now have someone is cleaning the place and try to keep it clean as much as possible. Very friendly guy and would let u know if the machines he just clean is ready to go.

Always super busy and the prices went up. This place is always filthy and it's not maintained. Washers full of hair and dirt. Dirt all over the floors. Change machine rarely has change. Often water on the floors from one or more of the washers. And 25% of the machines have been out of order for over a month. If you can, I would suggest going elsewhere.

When my washer and or dryer give me any issues this is the ONLY place I go to do laundry. It is always kept clean, bright and best of all it is open 24 hours a day. Change machine inside and Tim Hortons just steps away.

We’re not impressed with Debby that works at the gas station. The Rainbow Laundromat and Variety store are owned by the same company. There is a sign that says laundry supplies and change are available at the variety store. It’s always a hassle with lots of attitude just to get change when we visit. This is just another disappointing week.

First time at this laundry mat, I was very happy. The washers are good, would be better if more dryers were working ( a lot of Out of order signs) But over all a good experience. I will be returning. Loving that it is open 24 hrs. My work schedule never gives me time to do laundry, And I live downtown Kingston. Worth the drive. Thanks.

Absolutely horrible. There are more machines here that don't work than do. It used to be a good place, but you can clearly tell they don't care about the business. I recommend going somewhere else. It's messy too but it's always been unlcean.

I would recommend it to anyone in the area with out a washer or dryer. He keeps the place clean and the machines are fairly priced!

I live in Bayridge and decided i wanted to go to a different laundrymat where i could get my clothes dried and have a coffee while i waited ...got here and found ther7e are a total of 12 dryers but only 6 are working...was not pleased because there was another girl here and she took over all the working dryers for nearly 1 and a half hours

If I could give it less than one star I would. Ever since new owner took over it has gone really downhill. When machines used to go down, they were fixed almost immediately. Now it seems they may be going out of business as they are down more and more machines each time I come. Today there is a bank of 6 dryers and two are operational. Ridiculous!

Just went there. Only 6 of 12 dryers in working order. While my laundry was being washed two women started other machines beside mine and gray sewer water came into my machine and ruined/stained my expensive NFL football shirts and other items. My yellow shirt , my wifes under garments and other things are now tie dyed looking. What a joke of an establishment. Never going there again. Warning everyone to avoid this place.

New owners took over and are running it to the ground worse than the previous owners... Have some pride in your business and respect that people spend money there... Never change in the change machine... Half the machines are Out of Service... Dirty and No Paper towel to even try to clean it yourself

This place is filthy dirty.Machines are never ever wiped out and the water lever is very low. Bathroom is disgusting dirty.Very seldom there is paper towels. Not a good place to go. Floors are dirty and most of the time the garbage cans are overflowing

Machines are always broken Change machine never has change Bathoom is always filthy Main laundry area has gone down hill the last year. It is dirty and not well maintained. I have started going to the clean laundry mat in the fromtenac mall. They even give u stamps for each load u do nice little insentive and change

I've been going here for a year since we had our flood and lost our washer and dryer. It use to be cleaner and kept better. But then I noticed more and more machines would be out of order but then never fixed. Floor is so dirty now, garbage is over flowing in the garbage cans. I've decided even though closer to.home I'll not be going back and giving my hard worked money to that. Clean up nand fix machines and then I might be back
