The owner of this coin operated laundry is what makes it a great place to get your laundry done. They are reinvesting in the laundry with new equipment every year to serve their customers better while also saving the environment by only buying Eco Friendly equipment.

I really liked it. The person who is the attendant is a very friendly & helpful person. The prices are very reasonable & there are a lot of reliable washers & dryers. There a good variety of different sizes of loads. There is a single right up to what seems to be a 6 or 7 load washer. I am going to go there from now on. There are a lot of places to sit. They don't tell you to wait in your vehicle while doing your laundry. As long as you social distance & wear a mask you've got it made. I got a good vibe there. Yes, a lot of it is old but that doesn't matter to me. Denise

Great little laundromat, very clean. There is an attendant in the store who was friendly and will make change for you. I really like that it's attached to the mall, there's a food basics and Dollarama so you can shop while your clothes are being cleaned. They also have a wash and fold, so you can leave it and pick up later if you don't want to do it yourself.

I live way downtown and drag my wagon that distance just to use this laundromat. The owner "Fernando" is always in great spirits, more than happy to help and always keeping his establishment nice and clean...I enjoy this place

It's located on the opposite side of Kingston from my house but it's worth the commute just to give my business to such a nice a helpful owner. While doing some laundry I asked him casually if he could alter a pair of pants I'd just purchased in time for me to wear them to a gala the same night, and he was absolutely willing to help me out. Highly recommend.

To clarify the OWNER of this place is amazing. I’m only giving 3 starts because of a certain employee. She is very rude, makes it seem like your annoying her when you ask to get money to use the machines. Doesn’t want to help of the machine isn’t taking your money and when folding by the dryers on the table she will be standing over top of you while your trying to get your stuff out of the dryer, way to close with her mask under her nose.. So much for social distancing!!

Giving this two stars simply as it’s my first time here and sorry but get yourself an employee that actually likes people and isn’t rude as heck. I’d rather pay double to do my laundry at my apartment building from now on than have to encounter her again. From the second I had a question about the machines she seemed annoyed that she had to help and continued to just get ruder through our brief encounter. Edit not note that my parents have said the gentleman that works here is absolutely lovely every time they’re here :)

More machines then my apartment building. Unlike my building which uses smart cards you can smaller amounts of time. This translates into less money and less energy.
