I love this company. Their technician, Kaelym was very friendly and knowledgable. He did a fantastic job of removing the many pet stains on our rec room carpet. We thought we would have to throw the carpet out but not anymore. I would give 10 stars if I could. Other companies I have hired in the past have tried to upsell me every 20 minutes but not this company. The price quoted was the price I paid.

Can’t say enough good things about Superior Chem-Dry. I called for a quote and got a response from Darren really quickly with a very reasonable price. Darren responded to all my questions within seconds via text message. The area rugs were picked up and dropped off in brand new condition within a week, zero contact required. I thought one of our rugs was beyond saving (puppy urine and food stains from a toddler) but there is not a trace or scent remaining. Highly recommend!

We booked and he sent a text reminder of the appointment (super helpful). The service itself was excellent as well. On time, they put down cloths on the floor. They changed their shoes to indoor shoes! And our carpets were cleaned a look good.

The job was very well done, quick and professional. It was the first time I tried the dry carpet cleaning method. I would use this dry method again because I can get back into using my home again quickly. With the wash method I needed to stay off my carpet for 24 hours. During Covid, there’s nowhere to go.
