I was unable to manoeuvre around all the nooks & krannies, so these very pleasent ladies came to my home & provided me with much needed services! They worked very effeciently & in a timely manner around myself (on mat leave) & my very hairy 'not so small' pooch (they caught all his left over fur bunnies). BOOKER BEWARE!! I was a client of Signature every 4 weeks and while they do a wonderful job cleaning I must warn others of the experience I had when they broke my microwave. We were at the cottage when Signature cleaned last, they were the only people in our condo while we were gone, and we got home our microwave light was on and door was open. Turns out the latch to the door had broken between we left for the cottage and we arrived home. When I first called I was told there had been a quality supervisor present for my cleaning who had check the microwave and so they knew it wasn’t them. The microwave repair person informed me that the latch would’ve only be able to break under pressure while being closed and cost me $280. I called the owner, Joanne, and she had the audacity to suggest that my microwave broke because the construction across the street shifted my condo and apparently only affected my microwave latch. While laughable, I found it insulting that she would pass the blame from her team like that. Do not book if you expect your cleaners to fix something they broke.

Thank you so much! The house looks great! It felt so good to come home to everything I hate doing, done. Thank you for doing the cupboards!!! The doors and frames. Fingerprints and dust/dirt gone! Each week they come and clean, i can't wait to come home after work and walk in to a clean house....it's like christmas morning! Plus, i have a big dog...who barks like a crazy dog. Every time they are here, they always leave a nice note letting me know that Cooper was an angel! The staff at Signature Cleaning is VERY responsive with emails. No need to worry about asking a question and waiting days for a response!

We have had our house cleaned by Signature Cleaning for several months now and the experience was really good. The crew is usually right on time and does a good job of regular cleaning. As with any services of this type there is always a possibility for a small problem. We also had a few of these, but that is to be expected. What makes Signature Cleaning great is the customer service attitude of Joanna Palumbo, the owner. She will get in contact with you almost immediately and deal with the issue at hand. We all realize that things can go wrong when you are in the service industry. It is important that the issue is dealt with appropriately and timely. This, I can say, Signature Cleaning is very good at and it gives me the confidence to continuously use their services and recommend this company. We also do like their follow up that asks as to rate the last service and leave feedback. It is a great way to ensure that their crews are leaving the customer satisfied, every time. I lost my individual house cleaner and initially found the service to be way more expensive, but now I see it is so worth it. As others have commented, the customer service is exceptional: and if something is missed it is fixed immediately.Whether you have a huge mansion to clean, or a humble little abode like I do, they do a simply fantastic job. Plus, they clean breast cancer patients' homes when the person is undergoing treatment for free. As a breast cancer survivor, I deeply appreciate that. Kudos Signature Cleaners team!! And when I come home to my sparkling clean house after a hard week at work, it really is better than coming from the spa.

Jan 13 2020-find the owner Johanna to be quite rude. What kind of company is run by someone not customer focused and professional. This one. Yikes. Jan 15 2020- i have looked at a few of your reviews and the way you respond. You're very positive with positive reviews. Which is great. But how about addressing the problems in your negative reviews instead of accusing every account to be botched. Were not all fake accounts just saying. You should maybe spend more time self reflecting what your customers concerns are and try to address them. Here's to hoping that you take negative reviews and make them into positive experiances.

We did the one time clean and the 2 ladies that came were wonderful and super friendly. The only reason I'm giving a 4star is because there were a couple of things that I would of figured would be included in the clean as they are listed on their checklist; such as wiping down the stove and elements. Stove top, elements (under the rings and tin inside) were not cleaned was left untouched. I believe this is included on the checklist with any clean; which is the kind of thing we hired cleaners for. Overall, quite pleased and would happily have again....because I really don't like dusting etc!

False Advertising? I came across Signature Cleaning when searching online. I called to schedule an in home consultation and they flatly refused. Not happy about that because I don' t believe even with good questions that they can quote accurately.They ended up giving me a price range and said they clean to the time we agreed on and if they run out of time they stop cleaning??? unless I pay more. This concerned me. Seems too much left to their discretion. I happened to mention that they have an unusually large number of 5 star reviews. Their response--just shows how good we are. On closer inspection I noticed something very strange. In my 15+ years working in IT and online marketing, I have never seen an online review where the Owner's Response is actually dated BEFORE the Customer has posted their review. I screenshot these reviews and I bet this owner will repost her responses right away. Highly Suspicious. For example, these reviews Tim Happychuk, Susan Rinn, Lisa Butterworth, Pay Hayes, D Lyon, Jo H just to name a few. All of these 5 Star reviews show the Owner's Response to the review dated before the customer had posted their review. Signature promotes themselves as "Earning" more 5 star reviews than any other Winnipeg cleaning company. Really???

During the walkthrough prior to move in, the new tenants were so impressed with the cleanliness of the window, appliances, floors etc. Makes the landlord's job that much easier.
