We used to do our laundry here religiously! The staff were friendly, it was clean and the environment was warm. With the new ownership the entire place has changed. Prices have absolutely skyrocketed ($4.00 just for a wash!) and the staff are not as kind and welcoming as they once were. I would have recommended this place to anyone 6 months ago, but now I would suggest going elsewhere!

Nice place if you are in trouble, when your washing machine is not working. The employee was really nice and helpful. The machines are maintenaned regularly and the place is clean. But very expensive: Two load will cost you about $10.00

This laundromat used to be great. Now almost all the machines don't work. After months of just using the dryer, because my dryer broke. He tells me I cant just come and dry anymore... no rules or signs that say that. Lost my business!

It used to be a great place to do your laundry, but not anymore. The male staff member whom I encountered was so rude and unfriendly I left after unloading 5+ bags of laundry. I will NEVER go back!! what an awful experience. :(

Great environment to do laundry at. It's nice and clean and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. If anyone wants to do a wash dry & fold service I'd recommend this place. Clothes always smell great and they are neatly folded.

My washer has broken at home and this was my first visit here and i like it! The man inside was very nice and helpful its ooen and clean. I had 6 loads to wash and they time I have saved!! Im just saying next time I have a mountain to do even if my washer is fixed im coming here! 6loads at home =6-8hrs wash& dry time...here it was 1.5hrs. Life changed!

I had been going there for nearly a year. There is always a problem. The machines are old. The 2 big ones don't spin properly so clothes are still quite wet. One dryer that I used was supposed to have been fixed the day before. My clothes were still wet. The owner told me, "Every time you come you cause trouble." She was mad because I told her she should pay for the drying as my money had been used for nothing.Also, I didn't ever see them cleaning the machines.They would wipe them out if you told them to but never did it on their own.I have found a new place. Owner always wiping out machines and sanitizing. Very clean. Very friendly owner. Unlike this place.

This is such a nice, clean laundromat! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They played good tv shows and I really enjoy doing laundry here!

Not safe during covid. I will not ever be back even when covid subsides. They have signs posted outside but dont enforce any of it. They allow large groups to bring in laundry. They dont enforce masks. They allow people to bring in food and eat as group no masks. There is a Tim's across the parking lot. When I approached staff they did nothing. When I approached customers they just laughed no masks and kept eating. I left and wont be back. This is why people are dying. This is why restrictions continue idiots!

I had a great first experience here so I didn't mind making the 20 minute trip the second time. The only issue was they were closed.... The posted opening time is 9AM and I was there at 9:30AM. I will be taking my business elsewhere because of this ! If you have a posted opening time, make sure to open at that time. The phone number is also hard to track down and doesn't seem to be working. Very disappointing start to my day!

They're fairly big, and the machines ar the clean. BUT the owner (male) is exceptionally rude. He told me that I'm not allowed to leave while my clothes are in the machine, because he closes as soon as there are no customers in the store. This was at 7pm. Seriously? Well its okay I guess - I put my stuff in the dryer for 90 minutes on low, and I plan on waiting here for it =) Anyway, don't go here.

Have used this facility several times as a walk-in and do it myself. I am in town working and staying in a hotel and tried the pick up and drop off service this time. I was working and did not hear my cell phone ring so that I could pay for the service. They went to extremes to try and reach me to get payment. It was my mistake but they were great to deal with. I eventually went in and paid in person. I will be using their services again that's for sure.
