Just today I was watching Jessie doing his job. Usually these guys are so good that they go about their job without any interruption. Today I noticed that Jessie saw something on the outside window he had missed when he was doing the ones inside. He went back out, cleaned the spot high up he missed, before continuing to finish the inside. I commented to him that I noticed that he took a lot of pride in his work and as someone who has staff, I really appreciate seeing that. He was polite, thanked me for letting him know, and then finished up. A real pleasure dealing with these guys and they are highly recommended.

They made a mistake while booking us and never showed because we were not on their schedule, even if we received a confirmation for our appointment. They couldn't come before the end of the season, so we will have to wait for next spring. Very disappointing.

Poorly done windows on our condo building. Dirty water mark spots streaking on the windows. Some windows were not even washed or touched as we can see the old winter build up on the windows. We have yet to see this company return to fix their job

Insight has come twice a year to the Days Inn in Steinbach hotel for the past few years to clean our windows and they always go the extra mile, I would highly recommend calling them to use their services, I know for a fact their work is excellent and you won't be disappointing.
