Ok so first off I'm a Mennonite so I gotta get the best bang for my buck, these guys showed up on time, very respectful easy going personalities, happy to explain the full proses and pricing right off the hope, there was a miscommunication between the office and the guys that showed up about the size of the furniture and were very apologetic cuz the price went up a bit and I quote "we don't like to up sell when we come to your home, the quote is the quote" the guy that was cleaning. Our sectional was nasty with juice , food stains/ strong smells in it and even some paint to and they got 100% of it out!!! This company was great!!! Oh and first thing before they moved out sectional around or rolled there mechine on our hard floor they put these industrial grade blankets down to protect it all, amazing amazing work! Worth every cent for our full sectional

I am very glad we found Enviro-Steem to clean our large area rug. They picked it up, gave us an accurate quote, set realistic expectations about what they could do to rid it of dog urine stains, returned a perfectly clean and fresh rug earlier than anticipated. I highly recommend this excellent service if you need an area rug cleaned!

We were delighted with the service and the professionalism of Enviro-Steem. We had three rugs that required special attention. Two were high quality rugs that had been neglected and were restored beautifully...beyond expectations., On a third rug, they agreed to test it and make a recommendation to see if it could be saved. They determined it would not be worth the cost of cleaning and disposed of it with our permission. We will have them clean other rugs as needed. In addition to the work they were informative and pleasant to deal with.

Had a consult to view an area rug for cleaning. Thankful for the visit, because it turned out a cleaning might ruin the rug! We instead got some great advice for at-home solutions and maintenance. We hired a different contractor to clean our carpets based on word-of-mouth, and when the day came that we had booked services, the contractor never showed up. We called Enviro-Steem and they were able to fit us in the next day. They were very professional and punctual, and even though it wasn't their fault we were stood up by another contractor, they made sure to treat us with additional care all the same.
