I brought in a winter jacket to be cleaned. I pointed out where the stains were on the jacket that needed to be cleaned. I had to pay when I dropped off the jacket. When I picked it up the stains were still there and they said there was nothing that could be done for me. Since I had already paid they didn't care to fix the problem.

Terrible customer service! I greeted her and she did not. When asking her if I can get the coat I brought in dry cleaned in 5 days, she replied with an abrupt "NO." And said that coats are at least 7 days. When presenting her the coat, she completed stubbed it and went off about how it wasn't real fur and suede and didn't know why she had to clean it! Look lady, I'm just following the care instructions for this coat. Completely painful conversation from there on. 7 days later I come home with the coat still dirty and cat hair everywhere. Smh. Never again.

Dollar Wise has laundered all of my dress shirts for the past several years. I take 50 to 60 at a time, and while the counter service is a bit slow, it is always friendly. They have never lost or damaged any garments, despite handing hundreds of pieces of my clothing. For the best deal, check out their "sale" days, in which they run a special on a specific type of cleaning or a specific article of clothing.

The customer service here is AWFUL. I brought in a suit to be cleaned in the early morning to and angry and surly clerk who rolled her eyes at me a whole bunch. I paid for a rush on it and despite my receipt saying that the suit would be ready at 4:00 that day, when I arrived at 5:20, my suit wasn't there. The same lady was working (I don't know how her shift was that long), and she again seemed upset with me that I dared to ask about my suit. I left and, at dinner, I got a very abrupt voicemail saying "Your clothes are ready" and a slam on the phone. Not sure what I paid for on that rush, but you can be sure I won't ever go back. I'm also telling anyone with ears to never go there, since the staff seem so disinterested in having business.

I took my bridesmaid dress in to be dry cleaned. She looked over my dress and said I don't need to dry clean, that it's labeled machine wash and hang dry. I really, really appreciated her honesty and she gave me advice and instructions in how to clean at home and what product to buy that would work best. Thanks!! Happy customer here.

I used their services a few years ago. The lady at the counter was very rude. She should not be in the customer service industry. Horrible tone and very unfriendly. Now, today I had arrived to the store as the website stated they were open. When I had arrived, the sign on the door stated only one customer at a time. After waiting for ten or so minutes, I had noticed that there was a second smaller hand written sign stating that they were closed and to use the Pembina location. Also, there was no closed sign. Avoid this place, they obviously don't care about the customer.

I took a comforter in to be cleaned.it came back faded and very thin. it looks like a rag. I will never go back there again

Took my winter jacket in to be cleaned before the season comes and they lost it. After months and months of trying to get a hold of a manger they offered to give us money for the lost jacket. Searched through years of receipts to find it and they only gave us less than half of what it was worth. Very disappointed with how this location runs, not sure if other locations run better or differently but I definitely will never bring something important or non replaceable to this location ever again.
