Jonathan did a fantastic job of getting rid of stains in our carpet and furniture. He got rid of dog stains as well as usual wear and tear stains. He also used a black light to see where the majority of the stains were which was greatly appreciated. Our off white carpeted stairs that we thought we would have to just replace carpet on now look awesome! He also fit us in on very short notice and was very quick. We were so pleased with his work.

I contacted Jonathan about a week to have him come out to clean the carpets in our new house we’re gonna be moving into this weekend. One of the main concern was all the pet fur that was left behind from the previous owner. Jonathan was very quick to respond to my request. He was very professional even though I was kind of rushing him because I had an appointment right after, he did not fuss and even finish sooner than excepted. Also his pricing is very reasonable and fair. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

I was in a rush to get my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned ASAP. Not only did he respond quickly but his pricing blew my mind because I already spent 2 hrs calling other companies and their pricing was out of this world. To expensive!!! He confirmed the appointment a few days ahead and was even early to the appointment. After he was done it looked like it was brand new. Very friendly just to chat to while he worked. 5 stars for sure!!

Blatant lie.....First of all you agreed to clean mattresses couch and rug in 150....I have chat record as a proof....when you said I can't do it in 150 ...We agreed to pay you 250 as per your demand....Even then you didn't completed the task..... I hope you don't cheat anybody else in future

Pro’s: Came the same day for urgent spill; reasonable price Con’s: Didn’t seem that keen to be here (maybe caught him on a bad day); I told him to let me know if he needed me to move furniture and he never did but didn’t bother to clean the carpets where the furniture was and they were not heavy furniture to move. I would’ve happily moved them If I knew he wasn’t going to. We weren’t sure the whole room was going to be done until we saw if the stain came out or not so no point in moving them ahead of time (small bench, small entertainment unit and small chest ); didn’t do the stairs but I’m not sure if that would be standard with the room or not; It appears he knocked over a flower pot right outside my back door and picked it up but left a pile of mud and didn’t bother to tell me so the plants would have died if I hadn’t noticed; Not sure if the stain fully came out because it still looks darker than the rest of the carpet, will know more when it dries.

Clark's Cleaning responded quickly to my email request for quote for large wool area rug. Offered to do the job in their truck at my home, but we chose to drop off the area rug (as interior of house being painted). Picked up the area rug several days later (plus 2 smaller wool rugs) and very pleased with the results. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends & neighbours.
