I called and scheduled a carpet cleaning for June 30th because I was moving out of my apartment. I called In advance about a week and a half to book it. He confirmed the appt and said that he would call me in the morning (the day of) to let me know what time the guys were going to the apt because I had to let them in. On the 30th at around 10 am I hadn’t heard from them so I called and left a message saying that I was in the area for the next few hours and to call me back and then let me know what time they were coming to the apt. He calls me an hour later and says “oh sorry I actually scheduled you on July 3” not the 30th. Wth? So I had to re schedule my apt walk through and thankfully the new tenants were flexible and allowed me in the apt after Their possession date of July 1. So on July 2, I get a phone call just after 9 am that the guys are at my apt trying to get in. I said they’d have to wait 20 mins because I was at my new place and wasn’t notified that they were on their way. So I was rushing to get out the door to leave. And ten mins later I get a call from the owner, saying that his guys were on their way, I was upset and said that no, they were already there and that I had received no warning phone call. Then he said “oh, sorry, I forgot to call you”. So then it took the guys less than 20 mins to clean the carpets in my apt. They weren’t able to get all of the stains out. And they still charged me full price even after the headache they gave me. $109 plus tax for a less than 20 min job at an apartment, ripoff. I was standing in the parking lot after the job, with the guy who did the cleaning and he said I needed to etransfer the payment to his boss. So he gave me the email address to send it to.i sent it. A few hours later I got an email from my bank saying that the payment didn’t transfer because the email the guy gave me was invalid. So the next day, the owner calls me upset because he didn’t receive payment so I explained what happened and paid him. Then the next day he sent me a receipt at the end of the day. When my apt landlord was waiting for the receipt in order for me to get my damage deposit back. Unbelievable headache for such a small thing. Moving is stressful and I didn’t need to deal with all that as well. The owner wasn’t even nice about it on the phone! No discount or apology. NEVER NEVER use this company. Complete rip-off and very unprofessional!!!!
