We have a seasonal camp outside Kenora. It has no laundry facilities.For years we used the laundromat at the docks by Safeway.... then when it closed.... moved over to this location on Chipman street. It was ok. Mitch and the crew have brought back great service . Hard to get excited about a laundromat.... but when you are on holidays.... it’s great to keep your off time to not doing chores

Doesn't matter what machine you use. It will eat 1-3 or more coins. I guess that's how you make money. No staff around to talk to about it

Great service, clothes were washed and folded and wrapped then Mitch delivered my 3 bags of clothes right to my door a great service that I was expecting to pay for, but to my surprise was free of charge. New ownership and what a change! Clean, friendly and efficient service and Mitch will pick up and/or deliver laundry. We do the same-day service and every item is nicely folded and packed. When we got into town from down the lake today we discovered our car battery was dead.... I called Mitch and asked if he could pick the laundry up at the rec centre as we were trying to connect with CAA for a boost. Mitch arrived in about 10 minutes with a portable battery charger, while we were still on hold for CAA. Now, that is what I call excellent customer service!! Thanks so much Mitch.

I was in town for work for a few days and dropped my laundry off for the wash and fold service since I work nights. Owner was very friendly and service was prompt. Everything was neatly cleaned and folded for me to pickup. Prices are great for the service. Will definitely return if I'm back in town in the future.

The man there was super friendly which was nice. Except I’m from Toronto (where everything is expensive) and I don’t think I’ve ever paid that much to do laundry! $6 for an old outdated machine?! The dryers are also set price $4, not anything less. Yes the dryers are 4 loads - I never have 4 loads of laundry. What if I have just a handful of items I want on a different temperature than the rest? $4. If I wasn’t travelling and desperate for my laundry to be done I’d go elsewhere. Also while sitting outside I can’t even count how many people came in and out of the adjoining building. 100% drug deals. Same customers hang out in the laundromat.
