Awesome service, the express drive through car wash has more brushes and sections that truly clean the car, not to mention the free vacuum and floor matt washing machines after you exit the car wash area.

Went through the express wash. F350 longbox. Cost $20. Like others I was disappointed there wasn't an employee before entering to do a quick power wash of my wheels/fenders/fold in mirrors which other competitors have. Also there wasn't an employee after the wash to wipe windows and mirrors like other competitors have with their express washes. After going through the wash had left soap suds on the driver side and rear view window and my mirrors were still dirty. It was more expensive then other competitors as well. Doubt I'll go back.

I really like this car wash BUT couldn't find a way to contact privately about what happened today. We went through and only the passenger side of the car got the tire shine. The drivers side did not receive any and I thought you might want to tweak your machinery a little bit.

I was surprised when I was next in line to find that the car wash is not touchless. Reluctantly, as I had a line of cars behind me, I had to proceed through as I saw that they use brushes to clean. The brushes left swirl marks on my nearly new black Porsche. I couldn't believe that in this day and age they would use a brush system that would still do that. Nonetheless I have the swirls on my paint so could not recommend for high end vehicles or those who might be concerned about their paint finish

Great experience, very easy to pay and get your wash started. They have a few different wash options which were pretty easy to understand and navigate. Theres a huge row of vaccums to use free of charge after washing your car. Will definitely be going here again!

Here’s a big shout out for Lindsay, on a job well done. On Monday I stopped by for a wash, after the deed was done I took my phone out to take a picture. I had a twenty dollar bill in my pocket that flew out and on to the ground. I didn’t notice because I was too busy paying attention to something else. As I was trying to exit the property Lindsay came running over and said that she had found the bill under my truck. What a sweetheart! It really made me feel good! ???????? thank you so much Lindsay!

The membership is worth while. If required it allows you to have a car washer everyday and the vacuums really sucks. You can do both sides of your vehicle without dragging the hose around from side to side getting stuck on your vehicle. Staff has been very helpful and friendly when ever I have an issue they actually come out to see what it’s every time.

Excellent wash. The machine has soft spinning brushes so your paint doesnt dull over time. Free vacuums after. Tonnes of stalls to detail your car after the exterior wash. Most auto washes leave a film on my paint & this one didn't.

Well what can I say. I didn't go inside because masks are bs. That aside, very impressive car wash. I will definitely take my son through it for his first experience! Whole area is clean, I liked that. The use of the vaccums is A+ awesome. Then I find out there is a mat cleaner!? Like I really am living in the future. Needless to say, the wife's suv drove off clean today. Will definitely come back

WASTE OF $20! Decided to splurge on "The Ultimate" and I am ultimately disappointed. Vehicle still dirty, none of the bugs came off, Didn't spray the rear. My vehicle wasn't very dirty to start with I just wanted to treat myself as I've never gone threw one of these before. And the tire shine? Embarrassing! Only sprayed 1/4 of my tires. $20 down the drain.

I feel like part of this type of carwash experience is the fun of the colors and lights. Sonic wash did a decent job of this. We found it fun and enjoyable! But, although it's a "neat" experience, I wasn't super impressed the backend of my car was still dirty after the Deluxe wash. That being said, the vacuums are free, from what I can tell an unlimited amount of time. They also had washers for floor mats but we did not see until we were leaving so not sure if they were free as well. All in all, good experience but can't give 5 stars if cars is not perfectly clean at the end.

Paid for the Ultimate Wash was and was very disappointed. The attendant stood around twiddling his thumbs in stead of giving my car a quick spray before heading into the wash.. As a result, I need to wash my car again after paying for their most expensive wash. Make sure to bring earplugs if you plan on using their vacuum's..

Such a great car wash that I had to write a review! Everything is the top of the line with additional lighting, colour changing waterfalls and colour changing suds to entertain the littles. I almost forgot about the free vacuums! Unlimited time to vacuum, where the other wash I went to gave me the first few minutes for free, but wanted to charge me to finish the job!

The ease of convenience at this place is just unparalleled, honestly. If you go at the right time (before rush hour), then you can come in and out in just 10 minutes. The three-tiered kinda of wash is also great for options. I find that the first tier one is enough for my car (around $12) but I do sometimes utilize their second-tier one ($14). But I love to hang out at the vacuum station too. Those things are powerful! I haven’t tried their froyo but maybe that’s for my next monthly visit.

I had an excellent experience at Sonic Wash Express in Kelowna. My car ended up looking super clean, as clean as I could probably make it by scrubbing and washing it myself. It was really cool just being able to sit back and let the carwash do its thing, while being pulled through automatically. Afterwards, I was able to give my car a great vacuum using their super powerful vacuums. I don't think I knew the full potential of a carwash until I came here! Definitely recommend!

Weekdays are a better time to go. Weekends tend to get busy and congested. They have two washes, but usually only open the 2nd side for busy times. This one doesn't have the self-serve bays like West Kelowna, but it's super close to my home making it convenient to wash and use the free vacuum for my car whenever I want.

Excellent car wash! The least expensive option comes to about $11 after tax, and there are options with special add-ons/extras up to about $20 (and memberships!) My car exterior was nice and clean afterwards, and really dry (even without the 'extra dry' package), so I didn't need to hand dry afterwards. The interior vacuums are included with the carwash, and they were super powerful and easy to use. Great service!

Nice automated car wash. But the basic wash missed a panel of my car that was still splattered with mud streaks after the wash. Half of the vacuum cleaners were also clogged, making them almost useless.

Yesterday I tried Sonic Car Wash for the very first time and I wasn't impressed. I paid $17.88 for "The Works" and when I went home, I found dirt still on the front hood, front grill, upper back window and bottom back bumper of my SUV. I ended up cleaning these portions of my vehicle by hand. I've had better results when I get my SUV cleaned at gas stations. It's really too bad as I was looking forward to trying this place.

Went through the automatic car wash and discovered several linear scratches on the roof of my new car. I can't say 100% if they are from the automatic car wash, but the scratches weren't there last week when I washed the car. :( About 4-5 scratches across my roof. Car less than 1 year old. I won't risk washing here again. I was reluctant to go through an auto car wash, but since this wash is brand new, I figured it would be okay. Warning for people that like their paint job, scratching is likely.

Me and my Girlfriend went through this carwash today, and we believe the soft top jeep we were in took some damage. after a slight panic Dylan came over to assist us, and I cannot compliment his service enough, he was kind, friendly, and immensely helpful. he made us feel appreciated and understood, despite also handling our unorthodox situation with grace and composure. If you ever run into trouble while Dylan is on the job, rest assured he will do his best to aid you. I entered with a dirty car, and left with a friend. Hannah was there too, she was nice.
