I highly recommend working with Servpro. Troy was so helpful and truly eased all my concerns in regards to the mini flood I had in my basement. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and promptly removed the cabinets, lifted up the existing flooring and set up blowers/heaters to ensure there would be no further damage. He was also very professional and courteous to deal with.

ServPro provided exceptional service! Their response time to the call out was quick--especially given it was a Saturday! Troy quickly found the source of our leak and was able to deal with it right away. Ashley, the project manager, made dealing with my insurance company a breeze and was exceptionally thorough, not missing a thing. He further organized all the subtrades for the repairs and we were pleased with all of the work. A handyman, Alex, came to do a lot of the prep work on our home and he was professional, respectful, courteous and incredibly clean-always tidying up the site and laying down new drop cloths when needed (which was often for this busy family with kids and pets). Members of the team were always available to answer questions by phone and even showed up on-site when I needed clarification on anything or needed them to walk me through any of the renos. Lastly, the crew followed all COVID protocols without having to be asked and without hesitation. From disaster start to finish, I would without-a-doubt, highly recommend ServPro to family and friends or anyone needing support during the stress of an unexpected event that requires a restoration team! SERVPRO Is and will my primary emergency restoration company in Kelowna. I operate 20 buildings and over 800.000sq/ft of residential living spaces. They responded to my residential leak immediately last weekend and have been the driving factor in getting my building back online with minimal disruptions. Our experience with Servpro was phenomenal. Troy and his team took a very stressful flood situation off our hands and dealt with it promptly and professionally. Troy was able to do the clean up for less than our deductible with BCAA so we were able to avoid putting a claim through. He was on site everyday checking our suite and monitoring moisture levels and repositioning equipment. My husband and I felt like we were in great hands with Troy and his team and knew they were looking out for the best interest of our property. Unfortunately this was not our first experience needing a restoration company but it was our first time calling Servpro. Their customer service, speedy response time and quality equipment surpassed our expectations (dehumidifiers that are powerful and actually remove water!!!). Honesty from a restoration company goes a long way, it's refreshing to know there are trustworthy companies out there! Thanks again Troy (and team) for calming me down and handling a very nerve-wracking situation.
