Please be careful ordering on the phone. I ended up paying double the money they told me it would be due to a 'misunderstanding' on the rug's size. They offered me half price in the next order, which really made me felt scammed. Go somewhere else.

I'd give them a "10" outstanding customer service! I have 3 dogs, my daughter complained my carpets smelled like the dogs. I called Red Carpet Rug Spa and left a message, they called me back that day. The next day one of the sons kindly picked up my living room 8 X 10 carpet. I had it back in a week and they delivered it! 2 of the sons came by, they set back up, having to move the furniture. I was so impressed that while they were there they spoke very highly of their dad who owned he business. You can truly call this a family business. They were great to deal with, the price was very reasonable, my carpet smells "great again".

A saga for the ages: I left our three kids (2yo twins and a 5yo) playing downstairs. I ALSO left the (usually locked) laundry room door open... and the kids found my acrylic neon paint collection. They proceeded to make “art” all over themselves. AND the wall-to-wall carpet, of course! Full coverage, full saturation. The floor was a disaster. I dumped club soda all over on the neon pink swamp downstairs, while my husband (welcome home, honey!) made about a dozen calls to find an emergency carpet cleaning service that could come right away. Not July, not 6 pm. NOW! Our heroes at Red Carpet Cleaning rearranged their schedule and arrived in 20 minutes. Cleaning tech Zach said, “it’s bad, probably the worst I’ve ever seen.” However, within minutes, he had managed to remove every drop of paint from the carpet, stairs and laundry room linoleum with a special carpet vacuum that pumps out water at 250° Fahrenheit. Amazing! And, just because he was there anyway, he cleaned the entire family room carpet. To top it off... it cost a quarter of what we thought we’d be charged. (We didn’t ask first.)

Delivered my rugs to Penticton on October 27th. Two very nice employees picked them up on a specific location. Was great that I did not have to drive to Kelowna, and was met half way. However it is almost impossible to get hold of them to find out when I get the rugs back. Sighhhh

Just picked up my 8 x 10 very light colored area carpet. I am so impressed with the way it turned out. I have 160 lb dog and it was extremely dirty. I didn't think it would come out clean. It looks brand new. Hadn't been cleaned since we got the dog 7 years ago. I would highly recommend this company.
