When I came to wash some of my bigger floor mats and blankets, I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff are. They also have brand new washers & dryers... I will be coming back to bring in my dry cleaning.

Finally! A beautiful new laundromat in Kelowna. You can park in the small parkade or around back via the entrance to the carwash. The laundromat is large, bright and clean with plenty of machines and folding tables. The staff were very friendly. I was in and out in about an hour. This will be my go-to when visiting Kelowna.

Had a vest that was dry clean only and never had it cleaned in the first year I had it. One Click was able to get it cleaned for a crazy low price and I had it back in 2 days as good as when I first bought it. Will definitely be going again

Came for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised with how clean, safe and friendly it was ! it’s a little bit more on the expensive side but that’s because they have up to 65 lb washers. the staff was super nice and helpful and i found myself enjoying my time there while waiting for my laundry. also, i could totally leave the place and not have to worry about my laundry being stolen either, which is a huge plus.

Very clean, not really crowded, but def feels like they got every machine in there they could squeeze in so don't expect to be stretching your legs sitting down in there. 5 buck a wash on tap.

When my Maytag set Columbia shuttled on itself, I paid this place a visit. The lad there is very helpful. Lots of coin machines that haven't been taken over by FBI listening devices. 10/10, would definitely visit again.

Very horrible lady I had dealt with today, I had booked a appointment from the day before! I ended up running late cuz I need a sitter for my 1 year old twin boys! I called the lady working and I explained my self, she came over extremely rude on the phone with the fact I was late, I apologize and told her I was on my way. Mind you it’s my first time ever washing my cloths here! I wasn’t sure witch door to do to I called her again and asked how I get in. She was pretty upset with me at this point on the phone and got mad and told me it’s underneath in the parkaid! I said okay and drove and parked. I parked closest to the door do to the fact I’m pregnant and I didn’t wanna lift Heavy bags a long distance. I got outta my car and she told me to move and that I’m in handicap parking, I was like oh sorry (weird that I didn’t realize that when I was parking). so I got in my car and moved the next stall.. I walk out and looked and i wasn’t even in a marked handicap spot! I was pretty annoyed and upset at this point! I grabbed a bag and brought it in the store and I told her “ I didn’t park in handicap parking and you told me it was handicap” and looked at me and yelled I said you have to hit the handicap button to get in the door!” I said oh I thought you said something else! I was trying to explain to her that is pregnant and that’s why I parked there. She told me I’m being rude and asked me why I even bothered coming here I said because it looked like a nice place to come and it was my first time here and I won’t be coming back here! Then she kept asking why I’m even there! Yelling at me and at this point I’m extremely emotional and yelling back at her and told her that I’ll be putting in a good google review to her! And she said it’s not the first time.. I’m guessing I’m not the first her she ever did this to.. anyways! I’m packing my stuff in my car at this point mind you she followed me to my car yelling at me! I’m feel so Violated at this point getting mad that I came late and she shouldn’t have even let me come wash cloths! I told her I have 1year old twins boys and I’m pregnant and this is how you treat pregnant people ur a very sick sick woman! I drove off crying! Never I’m my life have I ever had anyone treat me like this!

This is a great laundromat. It is clean and new and very well laid out. The service is great and the staff very helpful. I found out that they also do dry cleaning. It is so handy to just go to one place for everything. Great place, will go again.

I dropped my garment off to be cleaned on Sunday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. There was no mention of a text to say it’s ready, no instructions to call if I didn’t get a text. I said that was fine as I needed it the following Saturday for a wedding. I went to pick it up Saturday and not only was in not ready but it was locked at another location. I had no dress and was stuck spending more money and time finding something in an hour to wear. I was promised a call by the manager and nobody followed up, not even when I called later and asked to speak to someone, I was again ignored. Find somewhere else to take your clothes.

**Parking is in the big open garage on Sutherland, beside the car wash. Love this place! It's clean, quiet, air conditioned and the washing machines are top notch. They usually have one friendly employee at the desk making sure everything is running smoothly but for the most part they keep to themselves while you do your thing. Gather up your loonies and quarters before you go as those are the only coins the machines take. If needed the staff will exchange your bills for coins at the desk. Each load is between $4.50-$7 depending on the length of cycle and size of machine you choose. They also sell little ramekins of detergent and fabric softener if you forget yours. Drop ins are welcome but due to coronavirus the max number of people permitted at a time is 3, so maybe call ahead to see how busy they are. My boyfriend and I go regularly and the longest we've had to wait was a couple of minutes. Highly recommended! Update: Shoutout to the guy on shift the day I left behind a load of towels! I had no idea until I came in a week later and he greeted me with them all folded in a bag and ready to go. Thank you!

Very clean but VERY expensive. One 20lb laundry load is $4 and 25c in the dryer get gou only 2 minutes on high heat! That is almost TWICE what other places charge.

This laundromat is by far the best I've ever used! The staff are all so kind and helpful! Bright and bubbly ladies, all of them! I don't know anywhere else you can do 65 pounds of laundry for 7 bucks a wash and about the same to dry if not less. The building is always so clean, it's bright and the machines do a superb job on your clothes. The only downfalls thus far in my opinion is they've implemented this crazy 2.50 cash back fee for using your card to get change for the machines, unless you buy one of their items... Which coincidentally cost 2.50 or more each. (But they are getting the card payment boxes on each machine so, really, shouldn't be an issue going forward once they're all up and running smoothly!) and the fact that if there's more than just a couple of people in there at once, it gets quite crowded and can be a bit of a pain to move around especially with laundry, but usually it's not too bad. By far the positives outweigh the minimal negatives, and since our washer is broken these lovely ladies see me every few days as of late! Always a pleasure going there to get my laundry done!

The place has 8 20 lb load, 4 45 lb and 4 65 lb washing machines, along with 14 dryers. All of the machines are new and really good grade, as they finish the task in considerably quick time. The only downside is that the machines need coins only to operate. It is really helpful that the manager provide change when needed, but I would suggest providing a machine for change or enabling cards for payments.

Clean, bright, new, and well laid out. The machines here are top notch. I visited early in the day so parking was wide open, but it is on a busy street where parking could be very difficult during peak hours. I am definitely going to visit again.

Super clean location! Great parking! Felt incredible taken care of by David, the diligent and kind hearted young man on staff this evening. He could be seen sanitizing all the machines after each use, from buttons to drums, fronts, tops, soap dispenser, doors, buttons, you name it. He was keeping the counters neat and clean and the supplies and debit machine sanitized and orderly as well. Honestly felt like top notch service in a very COVID safe and friendly location.

Not from Kelowna and saw the reviews on this place, boy they were right, very clean, dont need cash, use debit or credit card and just tap.John was fantastic, helpful with explaining the machines and how everything operated, heard a complaint about being expensive, $5 to wash a load that holds 20 lbs, I’ve been at places that charge $2.50 to $3.00 but you need 2 machines and those are old machines, these are a couple years old.The most important thing to my wife is clenlyness and the machines were spotless, really cool thing is washer and dryer are run in natural gas so you need way less time drying.We will go back because of the service.Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Great prices on triple loaders but the dryers not so much. Took generally 4-5 bucks a load to dry the same amount you would at home in one load. Super duper expensive soap and dryer sheets...Holy moly bring your own. Nice atmosphere although late at night they'll obviously rush you so leave at a good time.

I have been here alot and sometimes staff are chill and the women are the angry and nosey judgemental type. My girlfriend was doing her makeup and in the bathroom killing time, and the owner went and knocked she said : its not a hotel here hunny !! Another time she yelled at me and my girlfriend for being in the washroom together and called us junkies. Amongst other things that were said, I came back and it was some time later in the SPRING AND SHE DIDNT REMEMBER ME OR ANYTHING. LOL SO NOW IM JUST CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING I DO THERE AND I JUST SMILE AND NOD.

I recently discovered that one click subs out their dry cleaning. It is not done by them but another cleaner and one click then marks it up. Save yourself the mark up and go directly to a cleaner who actually does it on site.
