The car wash itself was good but the short man who looked in his late 50’s was extremely terrible with customers, I was told not to come back and bother him and he made me feel like I should have been stupid for trying to use Apple Pay.

The best self serve car wash experience for a long time by far! In brush mode, you get an unbelievable amount of suds. Not like some other places where you hardly see suds. The multiple vacuums are also fantastic! I`ve found my forever car wash!!!!!!!!

Was looking for a place to wash the van and the dog after a roadtrip across the Rockies. Excellent friendly service to get a good power scrub of the road grime off the van. And then was able to give the dog her own scrub down and blow dry after her outdoor adventures.

After trying way too many different car washes in Kelowna, this is the one I drive to all the way from North Glenmore lol Great features at the vacuum station and reasonably priced. Nice tall wash bays too.

Great car wash. I also use the dog wash as well, which is super handy. I water pressure is a little weak when the super wash is going, I recommend going in the evening because its quite.

Better bring coins or bills to change for coins at the machine located at the front. I was around 9 am today and wait 15 minutes at the front office. Nobody was there. Left and back around 10 am. I have to wait 10 minutes then a guy came out of the office. I dunno why he locked the door and hide inside.

Been going here since it opened... I don't usually post google reviews, but the friendly spirit, service and cleanliness at this place just stands out.. A couple times I came out of the auto wash, and the guy was standing on the other side inspecting the wash, and making sure I was happy...so I can't help but post a 5 star review to say "Well Done"!

Four wash bays, (one outside) are fine but when you come you line up behind one bay rather than wait for the first of the 4 bays to open up.

As you can see in the comments, the owner and his staff take the time to come out and address any concerns a customer may have. When I arrived with my truck, the attendant helped me swipe my card so I didn't have to open my door. He then offered me an air freshener and a mint for free! The problem with some other touches washes is the spots behind my kicks and above my rear bumper routinely get missed. The attendant gave these spots a quick swipe with a soap water loaded soft brush. One unique thing with Mission Superwash is the tire scrubber. They are low, rollers at ground level that contact the tires (not so much the wheels). I wondered about that at first, but the tires came out beautifully. I don't live in this area, but I'll be back. Great wash!!

A picture is worth 1000 words. Or the $17 I can save you if you take one look at my car after it was "washed" in the coin wash. 100% terrible. If I could, I would give 0 stars for the so-called "Superwash". *This was through the machine wash. I did not wash it myself but thanks for the offer.

Having a trucking company and finding a place with big wash bays is challenging at times. We take our whole fleet here, as we know the service always exceeds expectations. We originally came here because it was close to where we lived. We've since moved but come back here when we need to get our car washed. The automatic car wash does an excellent job. Or if you want to get use a bay to wash your car manually you can too. We've also brought our motorhome here to wash. The outside bay is big enough for larger vehicles.

One of the few (if any) car washes I have ever been to where a person actually directs vehicles into the bays when they are busy, helping you get the next available spot. Great customer service, always with a smile, and a nice clean place to polish up your ride.

I have been washing my vehicle here for years. Very poor experience tonight. Vacuumed, lined up for touchless wash at 6:30. Was told by the attendant he was trying to clean up and close. Told me it had been a long day, and he had enough, no pre wash, no complimentary wipe or air fresher, just drive in. Waited a while on entry as he continued to hose out wash and ignore my, and person behind mes headlights.

The car was was awesome. Efficient, easy to use touch screen for placing your car wash "order". There was an attendant there who guided me onto the tracks and placed a plastic cover on my rear wiper to avoid being caught in the wash tunnel. Overall a great experience. I will be back for my car wash needs in the future.

The only place I wash my work vehicles and personnel ones. Clean well lit and a great staff. The automatic car wash does a great job and is easy to use.

I went to wash my truck there and was astounded that they didn’t want “muddy trucks” washed at the outside spray station. I left in disgust and went to the car wash on Sutherland Ave. For my commuter car I use Skogies, best wash in town for the money????????.

I went and seen the boys down at the Mission Car Wash and let me tell you my Vehicle was in a state! Just finished an epic 2500 km road trip and my poor ride was looking rougher then it’s ever been. Those boys took good care of me, the service was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to getting the ride dirty so I can head down there again! Cheers

The older guy ( in his 50s) that works there is just rude. When I drove in he had his headphone on and when I try to talk to him he didn't even take it off to listen to what I was gonna say. So I had to talk really loudly and repeat myself few times. What happened next was piss me off the most. After I choice the type of wash I was gonna go for which was the 13 dollar one that gonna wash underneath of the car as well , He started to use a brush to brush the windows and I was okay with that cause even my car was pretty dirty ( just drove back from coquihalla highway), windows are not that easy to be scratched. But soon after that I realized something was wrong. He brushed not only the windows but also other parts including the whole rear bumper. I mean for a guy that works at car wash, do you even know why people pay 13 buck for a touchless car wash? And you just used a brush rubbing on half the paint of my car when it still covered by dirt and mud and call it touchless? I asked him why did he do that. He said: "well, the brush is clean. " WOW lol... Since the damage was done, and from this guy's attitude I was pretty sure that he wouldn't give a damn, my car will covered by swirl mark's and there was no much things that I can do about it except writing it down and not going back to the car wash again. And the funny thing at the end was when I looked underneath of my car after I went through the wash, it was untouched even though I chose and paid for that service.

Attendants are always very prompt and helpful. Kevin, one of the regular attendants, went above and beyond his duty in removing paint scuff that was on my car from an accident. I am very appreciative. Every time I go to Mission Superwash the customer service is excellent and very little wait time for automatic wash.
