I called Avy last week to ask if she would be able to clean the inside of my Goyard bag, I emailed her photos, and she did some research of her own to see if it could withstand the dry-cleaning process. I brought in my bag and she spot-cleaned it to perfection for me! It looks brand new, the lip liner and pen stains were no match for her cleaning. She is such a kind lady; I can tell she is indeed a genuine person. I will give her all of my dry cleaning in the future because of how exceptional she is. I was nervous that the stains would not be removed, but when I tell you I can hardly see them, I mean it. My bag looks brand new thanks to Avy, and she made my day. There is no other dry-cleaner in Kelowna I would recommend; I don't think you will find this level of service anywhere. I am beyond happy, and she deserves all of the recognition she gets. Fabulous job cleaning a large Papasan cushion that I just wasn't ready to replace. My kitty peed all over it and I tried to clean it myself with no luck. It came back clean, all fluffed up, and the cat didn't notice any smell left at all. Great job and will be back!

After my wedding, I took my wedding dress for a cleaning, and they did not disappoint! Their service was great, both the owner and the attendant took the time to walk us through the process and answer any questions that we may have. The dress had gotten quite dirty from my woodsy-beach wedding, but they still managed to clean the delicate lace as good as new.... I swear it looked cleaner then the day I first tried it on! I also want to mention that prior to my dress cleaning, I brought my father's suit in. My father has owned the same 3 piece suit for the last 30 + years. It only ever comes out for the occasions that require it. And in the 30 + yrs he owned the suit, I don't think he ever had it cleaned. They not only were able to restore his old grey suit. But also managed to make the white dress shirt (that I contemplated replacing), look pristine white again. I've already brought in a few personal clothing items since my experience. And they will absolutely be my 'go-to', for any specialty cleaning garments I own.

With all the amazing reviews, they were my first call when I was looking to have some dance costumes professionally steamed. I was shocked with how unprofessional the man was that answered my call. They do not provide any steaming services (which is fine), but I just wanted to leave a review about how rude the man was on the phone. Wow wow wow! Wendy saves the day! I show up two days before my long weekend wedding with my yellow collared and armpitted dress shirt, naive and optimistic. I do not recommend this, don’t take advantage of this kind lady, plan ahead. But I didn’t do that, oops, and Wendy with her heart of gold got it clean in under 24 hours, super clean I might add. I think she says to aim for 7-10 day turn around usually. So if you’re getting married don’t be me, put get your shirt to the dry cleaner in you calendar well before the wedding.

It's been a rough year for customer service with so many businesses stretched to the max, struggling to maintain operations, and staff who are learning the ropes or simply working under stress. My experience with Wendy at Miss Tulips had been the best customer service experience I've had (quite literally) in years. If you're on the fence about where to bring your dry cleaning, look no further: I can't remember the last time I felt so considered and encountered such quality. Wendy is a true gem that we could all learn a thing or two from — so kind, so thoughtful, and such fantastic work. I don't care about dry cleaning enough to leave a review but I felt compelled to do so purely based on the awesomeness that is Wendy. 10/10 would recommend.

My son went to a Private School in Northern Alberta. They were required to have a Genuine Parka...the real deal...not fake. They did Dog Sledding, Snowshoe Races and long winter hikes and even built Igloos to stay in on their journey. When my son graduated and had outgrown the Parka, he gave it to me because he knew that I loved and coveted it. :) Since then, I have worn it every Winter, however it was getting very grimy and my "spot cleaning attempts" were just not filling the bill. When I walk to Bernard, I always cut through the ally by the mall and every time I passed by "Miss Tulips Green Dry Cleaner", I would be curious about how a dry cleaner could ever do a fantastic job without smelly chemicals and be earth friendly and, on top of that, not charge an environmental fee. So one day I stopped in there and started asking questions and also inquired about whether they could clean my son's Parka. I had gone to Mission Cleaners on Pandosy and they informed me that they could not do it. They did, however offer to send it to Vancouver to see if the people down there could do it. (The Parka has a Wolverine Fur Trim on the hood and leather on the cuffs of the sleeves and under the tie up toggles.) The answer came back with the return of my coat saying it was impossible to clean it. I was very discouraged because I absolutely loved that old Parka, which is by, now at least 38 years old. The Lady in the Dry Cleaner was so very helpful and told me that "of course they could do it but they would have to do it separately from all of their other stuff because they did not want to damage it". I do not mind admitting that I was filled with more than a little trepidation when I finally handed over my beloved Parka. I picked the coat up today and I could not believe how beautiful it was and how brand new it looked. It was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean and cost me only $55.00! Now I will be even more proud to wear this old Parka and probably even more people will stop me on the streets and ask me where they can get a coat like this and how beautiful it is. Miss Tulips Green Dry Cleaners have high integrity and ethics and I will never, ever hesitate to take any dry cleaning I have, to them. Their service and dedication is above and beyond the call of duty.

Prior to coming in thought it wasn't going to possible to get the full stains out, but luckily Miss Tulips was able to do so. Once they were done they were spotless and as good as new. Miss Tulips has been nothing short of amazing every time I have been in! My first experience involved a luxury handbag with an ink stain and the owner took extra special care to make sure the cleaning wouldn't lift the print. Even though the ink stain couldn't be lifted, they took extra care to make sure no further damage would happen to my bag and I will forever be appreciative of that. Whether I have dropped off regular items (like cashmere sweaters or dry-clean-only dresses) or items with specific stains that I wouldn't dare try to remove myself, everything gets treated with absolute care and I am always left feeling happy and valued. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I will certainly recommend Miss Tulips to everyone!

Miss Tulips spent two hours and did an exceptional job removing stains that we thought were impossible to remove. Amazing experience! I chose Miss Tulips as they already had great reviews, and i was not disappointed! I had a small black spot on a wedding dress that was stressing me out and the lovely lady (i forgot to ask her name woops!) assured me everything would be okay! She would find time to spot clean it the following day and call me if it worked. But after only half an hour she had called me to say it was all done and i could come and collect it, plus it ended up a lot cheaper than i had expected!!! Very friendly service and they did an excellent job on my wedding dress! The bottom of my dress was covered in grass stains and there is no trace of them now. Even the stitching on the hem is gleaming white. They took the time when I first dropped it off to examine the dress with me there and let me know what would be needed to get it clean. I've happily used the shirt service at Miss Tulips regularly for months. Their prices are attractive, and more importantly the quality of the work and the care taken is excellent. When someone invests into nicer clothes that's worth more than shopping around for the best discount.
