His portable machine made it easier for him to navigate our oddly shaped place. He said he can do condos/apartments too. Will definitely use again.

I called and requested a quote for a living room and stairs, with doggie stains. Ron quoted me a price and he was prompt on arriving the next morning. Before he started the job he told me the room was larger than a bedroom and he would have to charge me more. I was somewhat baffled by the statement because we never talked about bedrooms - he said that is how he estimates. We settled on a new price. When packing up to leave I noticed he hadn't asked me to help him move the couch, his reply was "We never more couches". In this case I had rearranged the furniture the day before so the couch was in a new place so it needed cleaning underneath. It wasn't a particularly large couch and easily could have been moved back a few feet onto the hardwood floor of the dining room. So although I don't have issues with his actual cleaning I was very disappointed in his customer service. Shirley Brown Sept 14 2019

He was punctual, used high tech equipment and made sure my carpets are stain free before he left. He also has reasonable prices. I did not care for the type of cleaner being used. It had a very strong smell. This is a great service if you need a spot cleaning. This company uses the hot water from your own home, it is not a truck-mounted steam unit.

Awful. He was late and quoted me $100 on the phone and after the job was done he charged me $200. He also was using my toilet to flush down the dirty water and broke the toilet handle.

I was moving out of my single bedroom apartment on May 29 and had requested an appointment for carpet cleaning for late morning. We agreed on between 12-1 (even though that is afternoon but regardless the time was fine). He said he would call half hour before arrival and cleaning would take about half an hour and this worked fine for me since my walk-through was in the afternoon. By 1 pm I had not heard from him so I called to inquire, he said he had already finished all the morning appointments and was still planning on coming today. I asked when he would be coming, he said he didn't know when but would guess maybe around 5 pm. My final apartment walk through was scheduled for 5 pm and I needed the carpets done before then so I had to cancel my appointment. I then owed my apartment manager money because I did not get the carpet professionally cleaned. I was disappointed that he did not come on time or even let me know he was going to be late. Not sure why I booked an appointment if at best he would be there 5 hours later.

I was left in the dark with another company. They never answered and never showed. I call Kelowna Carpet Cleaning and he got me in the next day. I foster pups so my carpet was stained. Not only did he give me a deal but he got every single stain out and my home smells great again. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
