It is my pleasure to share my experience as a production worker at Ecotex Winfield over the past 18 months. I am respected. I am heard. Recently I was entrusted with the job of finding homes for downgraded blankets after sharing my desire to give back to our community. During Covid 19 this generous donation posed a bit of a problem as many user groups were not accepting fabric donations. I am proud to be a part of a company that proactively believes we are all part of a whole. Many happy animals in sanctuaries, shelters and kennels benefitted from this project. We can’t say enough about Ecotex and their service. Our long-term care home was evacuated for ten days due to a forest fire. Ecotex came through for us in our time of need. Our Residents were relocated to two different locations. Ecotex provided an invaluable service to us by dropping us off fresh gowns at the sites as well as providing a pick-up service once we were back at our home. A big thank you to Jeff and the Ecotex team for the work that they do!!

my name is Eugen, I am a husband and a father of 10 children. on Feb.18th, 2021 we had a house fire and experienced damage through out the house. furniture, personal belongs, clothes etc. when we enter our closet, we could not believe that all our clothes, where effected as well. Our long term friend Jonny Betz works at Ecotex in Lake Country, he shared our story with his management. Minutes later we where informed that Ecotex volunteered to wash professionally all our clothes. a family of 12 people we have filled over 30 black Heavy duty garbage bags and brought it over to Ecotex. Long story short, Ecotex washed, dried all our clothes FREE OF CHARGE in a professional way. we are very proud to have Ecotex in our neighborhood. Ecotex is a company that I would highly recommend to use their services. professional staff. keep up with excellent work. my personal opinion is that this company would have a hard time for improvements, because their services is at the highest level! thank you, we will not forget your support through one of our darkest days in Feb, 2021 Eugen and Anita....

The UBCO School of Nursing was amazed by the quick service and generosity of Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service. They learned that the UBCO nursing students had ordered operating theatre gowns to donate to a hospital in Mongu, Zambia, and that the supplier was unable to supply the gowns in time. They not only donated gowns – they delivered them! The nursing students at UBCO will take these gowns to Mongu where they are welcomed to work alongside our Zambian colleagues in health care services.

I am continuously reminded how fortunate we are to have such a dedicated group of staff. Their hard work and honesty has truly been the back bone of why Ecotex Kelowna has been so successful. Our soil sort employees have recovered 10's of thousands in lost cash and surgical instrumentation that has all been returned to the patients and our customer. The clean side employees continue to impress with a dedication to quality and ensuring 99 to 100% fill rates on a daily basis. It has truly been a wonderful experience having the privilege of managing such a great group of individuals.
