The machines and services are certainly not the cheapest, but the place is super clean, plus the lady on staff was wonderful and completely happy to help. I found the dryer machine a bit finicky and would shut off by itself for some reason.

I went there last night to do a massive amount of laundry. My washer broke down. It cost me about 35 dollars just to wash it. I left to go around the corner I wasn't even gone more then 30 mins and when I came back the store was closes. The guy working took all my wet laundry out and put it behind the counter. I went back this morning and there is no one working there till tomorrow so I will now have every piece of clothing from my home stinky and mouldy by the time I get to them and will have you rewashthen. He left one load in the washer must have missed that one. I am beyond frustrated that I can't get my laundry and it's soaking wet...

As a customer for 3 years making use of their commercial washing machines, the staff are friendly and helpful while you visit. There are supplies for laundry available like detergent, reusable or plastic bags to take laundry home in, and coffee or snacks for your visit. The place is always exceptionally clean thanks to the evening staff who you witness wiping down all surfaces and shared spaces. Highlight today was how staff figured out how to reach me to advise the north location would be shut for hot water repair and called me to advise I could use Charlotte Street location still. Lots of interesting people to share the space with to make the task of laundry more interesting. And there's music.

They are not even worthy of a single star. Most of the times the machines are out of order. And the ones which are running sometimes charge double like they get restart even when you have entered money. And the customer service is very bad they sue you on their every mistake. Even you can’t complain about it to them!!!

Staff are always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities are great with industrial washers if needed. Clothes are thoroughly washed and clean unlike some other laundromats in the city. The only downside is the price, as you will find it a bit more expensive than others. But again, other laundromats don't necessarily have the same high quality machines. All in all, it's actually quite a lovely experience insofar as doing ones laundry can be. There are some chairs and table where you can wait; they even have coffee, snacks, and drinks. The subway and pizza place are right across the street if you prefer also. There is an ATM in the building, and a change machine so everything you need is in the one spot, including detergents and bleaches.

If you use this place, or their second location... do so at your own risk! I went to the Charlotte branch of this company to get a high end comforter cleaned... I paid for the item to get washed and a seam fixed... then I got a call stating they couldn't was he it until the seam was fixed and they couldn't get the seam fixed unless it was cleaned... so I paid for them to get it dry cleaned through their services... they chose kent cleaners... and I left explicit instructions before handing it to them that if they couldn't fix it properly then to leave it and I'd have it fixed right... they got it dry cleaned and then the seam was sewn... poorly!!!... the sew job was such poor quality that I could have done better myself and I am not good at sewing!... They used what looked like a football stitch with green coarse thread on a shiny gold coloured silk/satin duvet!!!! In short, they ruined it! And nowhere in peterborough sells anything of the quality that this particular comforter is, as it was brought to Canada by a friend who bought it overseas! They know they damaged the comforter possibly beyond repair as there is hundreds of holes where their thick needlewent through making the football stitch yet it has now been weeks and no one has contacted me about it
