This has been a lifesaver in the last few months, it's big and in a great location. However, when I've gone there a few times, the change machine won't be working and unfortunately, the businesses around there won't give you change. I've seen a woman behind the counter once ( I usually try to go in the evenings) ... my son asked for change, and without a word just threw money at him.. seemed a bit harsh and not very friendly. Overall, it's usually clean and always busy... I'm assuming that's why the money machine is always out of change.

Had to do some laundry today while at the trailer. Drove into Lakefield from Buckhorn as our laundry mat is not opened up yet. Great little place. I like that someone is on duty. Clean organized. Very reasonably priced. Will be my goto when needing laundry done. ????

The lady at the counter is a miserable loud individual. Not friendly just assumes you should know if asking questions please get rid of her. 3 years same old nasty.

Some of the front loaders do not work correctly. This makes you wash again in another machine, wasting time and money. Staff refused to make it right with a refund.

Terrible place, paid full price for a duvet that wasn't cleaned, called and was told that the manager or owner would call back and never did. Will never bring anything in to them, they are just a depot, better to take to an actual dry cleaner so you dont get taken to the cleaners

Oh my so thankful to use this facility! The week before the stay-at-home order is lifted and, to have my washing machine quit working with a house full of couped up family.

Machines are incredibly small. Can fit maybe half a laundry basket in a machine. $5 for half a load of laundry? We walked out.

The machines are adequate and the location is as well. There is not an accessible sink to wash your hands etc and to the best of my knowledge its a requirement to have a wash station in case of emergency at the very least. My main complaint and I don't normally do this, is the woman who works there. She is rude unless you are an apparent friend or acquaintance. Any question you ask is an annoyance and she is slow to respond. I have seen her rude to many others and she has a cold and sour demeanor throughout pretty much everyday.

We purposely wash in Peterborough now. Judith is rude. Have witnessed it too many times. Really sad it isn't addressed. If she can't be polite with people who know her why not give the job to someone who will appreciate it and stay busy. The place could use a broom. Like the gentleman who purposely washes his truck there and commented, why couldn't she just write a hand receipt? He obviously knows the owner. I was there this morning and a customer asked for help, she told the customer to move out of her way after the machine stole the customers change. She was really ignorant.

I wash my company vehicle 3 times a week at this place. The company requires a receipt for this so I get paid for it. The machine failed to print so I requested one from the worker inside. She should NOT be in customer service. Very rude wouldn't give a receipt. I go out of my way to wash at this establishment. Stay away if you require ANY service at all.

Well went in there to wash my comforter it was on wash for almost an hour lady behind the counter refused to give me my money back as the "new" extra large machine wouldnt let out the wash water no high speed spin at all washed again same problem she blamed me for too much soap which had nothing to do with spin cycle or rinse she refused me a refund i took my blanket sopping wet to my mother inlaws never will i got back again???? the whole time the lady behind the counter was truly ignorant. My husband washed 2 other comforters same amount of soap and they turned out fine.
