Really impressed with the final product, our carpets look amazing! A ton of value for a VERY reasonable price. The technician (Bradley) was very friendly and went above and beyond; excellent service. He gave me demonstrations when I had questions about other service options (e.g. upholstery cleaning) and even offered to help me reach something because I am pregnant and not overly mobile. We will definitely use this service again, and I absolutely recommend them!

What a fantastic service. We moved in 3 years ago and this carpet was new. Since then we have had so many pet “accidents” as well as made this room our kids play room which only added to the stains. We tried several times to clean it ourselves but only made it worse. As a result of using our own carpet cleaner so many times the pile on the carpet was very rough and started to give off a wet dog odour. Chem Dry came by this morning, in under an hour their representative made our carpet look just the way it did when it was new. Even more to our surprise the chemicals they used to clean it smell like citrus and not like chemical. The whole house smells better. Thank you! Highly Recomend!

We were so happy to find Chem Dry of the Kawarthas when we were investigating Rug and Upholstery Services in the Kawarthas. My Mom lives in a remote area and I was unsure of the availability of these services. I was so pleased to speak to Lucy from this company who was knowledgeable and supportive. She outlined the services they offer, provided me a quote and discussed a warranty for their services. We booked and were so happy we did! . Our Rep. was Steve.He was amazing! He showed up right on time and inspected the areas needed to be cleaned. He discussed his recommedations and their costs. We agreed to the services we felt we needed. Steves appointment was booked for 2 hours. Steve worked for 4 hours to get maximum results. The scent from the product he used was great! Steve was was thorough, dedicated and we are so thrilled with the results!! The decision we made to book with Chem Dry was a great one!! Lucy even called us after the service to follow up! We plan to use them in our home in Durham for our upholstery.Thank you Chem Dry...Great Job!!

I had some old furniture cleaned and now it looks like new and smells so much better. There was also some pet urine stains on my carpet that I could not get out with a home extractor and it looked aweful, I thought it was ruined but chemdry was able to get them out no problem and the carpet looks amazing. It was a pleasure to have Chem-Dry clean the ducts of our century home. We are the newest owners and have lived here for almost half a year. One of the things our home inspector noticed before we got the house was the state of the ducts - they needed a cleaning! Based on Gerrit's findings, it's likely that the ducts have never been cleaned since installation (probably around 40 years or so). Gerrit was very professional and down-to-earth during his stay. I felt comfortable leaving my house to him while he worked away. He was very accommodating and walked me through the process so I understood what he was doing. Some of the video and the dirt he showed me from his filter afterwards proved that my ducts were in need of a cleaning. Lucy was great on the phone and represents the company well. She was very friendly and helped us work out a time that was best for Gerrit to come around. At one point we needed to reschedule and she made sure that everyone was on the same page including myself, my fiance, and chem dry. Thank you Lucy! This is not one of those duct cleaning companies you see on the news or get pestered by on the phone from telemarketers. This is a locally-owned business who take pride in delivering a solid product to their clients. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone in need of duct cleaning. If you're reading this and you aren't sure if you need your ducts cleaned - you need them cleaned.
