I went to clean and vacuum my SUV, I have kids so I took out the car seats and spent lots of time and money vacuuming. I then spent a lot of money washing my car and mats, they whole time paying. Once I was done I grabbed some wipes to clean the brake dust off of my rims and my daughter was rinsing my rims. Keep in mind at this point I have spent at least $30 and no one else has come into the other bays. I went to let my daughter buy an air freshener and the old miserable guy who wemorjs there yelled at me that this place isn’t a place to detail your car, and to wash it and GET OUT. I have been going to this car wash since it has open and I now will never go back. Good job.

Oh dear. My grandson came from out of town. His name is Joe and is an electrician and wants to learn how to cook so I will be teaching him how to prepare food fast and easy. Just a young man and does not know how to cook. Joe is really fat because he eats at A&W. And Joe came to this ``Wise guys car wash`` and says it has water and brushes and vacuums too. please come and poke your hole some head in.

Worst vaccuums in the city. My car was not that dirty and $2 got less than 1/4 of my car vacuumed before running out of time. Will never use the vacuums here again. RIP OFF

If you like great automatic car washes, this is the place to go. Get the "foaminator" wash and you will be impressed. Friendly staff that prewash before entering. Pricing is way cheaper than other places and also have $2 off days.

My go to, they take good care of you at this place. Lost a star because occasionally there's still bird poop on my car after I've gone through the automatic. Doesn't stop me from going there.

To add, I bring 5-7 different cars a WEEK to be washed. Noticed they don't clean the side mirrors in the automated brush wash... Me: "Could you guys get (wash) the side mirrors this time please ?" Attendant, "oh sorry we're not allowed (with a wash brush ?!?) But the water will get it..." You'll get 4-5 stars when you start cleaning a safety device. Thanks.

The touchless wash made my van look like a child washed it. Afterward I had to go elsewhere and wash it myself by hand, which costed half as much as the ripoff gold wash. I can't believe I drove across town for that. I am not just disappointed, I am insulted.

The aurowash is amazing! They actually pre scrub the bad spots for you, and I've never had issues with scratching. As long as you don't go in with a completely filthy vehicle full of rocks and sand. They won't let you anyhow. I wish there was one closer to my house I would use it everyday

Its a convenient place to wash my vehicles when its cold out. I wish they gave you a little more time on the pressure washer tho. If you go to Robo car wash you get alot more time for 1$ less.

Clean Bays with lots of options included! A little on the expensive side as far as time per dollar goes compared to other coin operated car wash places go. I would definitely go there again!

The soft cloth wash does the best job of any automatic wash (including touchless) in Kamloops of getting my pickup truck clean. If you buy the reloadable card you can save quite a bit if you load it with a minimum amount. Hardly ever a lineup when I've been there, plus there's self wash bays and a touchless wash as well.

Absolutely the best auto wash in Kamloops. They deal with the trouble spots by hand before you enter - never had a dirty spot remaining. Only a couple bucks more than it costs to do it myself but a much better job. I've been there 6 times now - every time was the same... perfect.

It was busy but the line up moved quickly. The touchless car wash is mediocre (I have a truck and used the silver wash) as the tail gate and running boards had a film of dirt still on them; however, i have had better luck with the carwash with the brushes as they get the grim off better. They also have a self serve bay. The change machine was out of order though. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I went threw the touchless wash. While leaving the last part of it i heard something hit my car. I got out and found out something ripped my under carage and had it dragging. I went to talk to the owners. They dismissed it said nothing in the wash could cause it then ripped the dragging piece off my car. Turns out the they ripped off is important and a 250 fix. This place sucks!

I've been using this car wash monthly for a number of years now. I've had secured kayak cradles on my car since March 2015 and never had a problem with them. Tonight, as I'm getting ready to pay my $12, I was approached and rudely told I couldn't go in with my racks. I told him I've never had a problem and he just said I can't go in with them...why is this an issue 4 years later? I drove 20 mins out of my way to go to this car wash every month, and obviously was happy with this place...until tonight. Never again...

Coolest carwash experience ever. We were given a coupon for the deluxe wash, worth $16, from Kamloops Kia when they serviced our vehicle. We pulled into the wash bay and were instructed by the workman to put our car in neutral with the brake off. A disco ball hung from the ceiling to the left. While my family and I pondered aloud as to why it might be there, we began to experience multi colored lighting effects through the soap and water on the windshield. I don't know who was more entertained by this - the kids or me. I want to go again!

I went to this car wash and paid the full $14 for the gold wash. I looked at my car afterwards and I was not impressed. A lot of dirt was left on the back of my car so I went back. I asked a guy named Greg who worked there about it and he was very knowledgeable. He explained it was what they used to deice the roads in the winter that also makes dirt cling to the vehicles. He recommended the automatic track wash Bay instead because a person manually preps your vehicle for it. He ran me through free of charge and the car looked great after! Greg was very understanding and sure knew his stuff. I give this place a 5/5 thanks to Greg!

Rude employees, takes forever to get soap off. Actually had payed with credit card and it cut me off before I was done. Went to shampoo my seats and the shampoo unit was covered in mud. Brushes are not clean and leave scratches.????

Hey I've been going to this car wash for the past six months. Have not had a problem until last month when the "disco" car wash scratched the entire passenger side all the way down my $51,000 truck. I went in and talked to the manager. He then told me he would contact the owner and get them to contact me. So I waited a month and heard nothing. So I went back and politely asked if the owner was going to contact me about the scratch on my truck and the manager then said "it's in the works." So I decide to try the touch free car wash with their "gold" wash and my entire tunnel cover was completely untouched. Went back in and talked to the manager and simply asked why the car wash could not clean my truck and asked him to take a look. He replied "no" and told me to try a different car wash. Zero professionalism involved with the owner/management. If someone could please contact me regarding the scratch That would be great.

Incredibly Unimpressed. Paid for a gold wash which includes a wheel wash. Wheels are still filthy, door handles are ALL still dirty, dirt spots everywhere. Grille didnt even get cleaned for christ sakes. What a damn waste of $13. Could have washed it myself and done WAY better for half that.
