Counter woman was very nice. Too bad she's stuck in McCleaners. Machines are archaic and over priced, when you can find one that's not out of order. Dryers take twice as long as any other laundromat I've ever been in and a quarter gets you less than 4 mins. This is what you can expect in Kamloops as they seem to have a monopoly. So do your laundry before or after coming here. Tried a different location today and it's even worse.

Been going here for years, always friendly staff especially the two ladies that always work the morning shift. Triple load washers are the best. And remember when you drop your clothes off to be washed and if they need to fit all the clothes into a triple loader, that 3 loads not 1. Some get confused on what a load consists of.

The staff are rude and picky about the machines you use, the washroom is always locked so you have to ask for a key at the front desk. The only good thing is drycleaning pickup and dropoff but the laundrymat is gross and the machines always eat my quarters.

While the staff were quite nice, I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the work. They cleaned my queen-sized comforter and basically ruined it. It is horribly wrinkled and the foam got all bunched up at the top. It was obvious that whoever put it in the plastic bag just shoved it in instead of carefully folding it. I have to keep using the comforter until I can afford a new one. Needless to say, I will not do business with McCleaners again.

Second visit this morning. 50% of the machines are full, the other 50% out of service. Machines are used by their laundry service. Two of them have been full of clothes for 27 min now, not even started. The place is dirty, but hey! The have the monopoly in town, why caring for customers.

Terrible! Dirty floors, tables, chairs and machine tops. Broken machines. The worker was smoking just outside the back door and the smoke was blowing in all over! To top it all off we only did 4 loads and it cost us $35!!! This was the better of the three McCleaners we drove by. The others were just as bad if not worse! Would give NO STARS if possible.

My first time using this place and i wasnt pleased, my blankets burnt in the dryers and our clothes plus my babies clothes smelled of mildew. Wont be using this place again. Thought it woukd be cheaper to do all our laundry at once and it ended up cost well over 40 dollars for 4 bags.

This is the absolute worst McCleaners in the city of Kamloops! The employees there have no customer service skills and will take clothes out of dryers early and shove them in your container leaving them to wrinkle horribly. When called on this, they could not care less.

Pretty standard laundromat experience. No change machine, but the staff will make change. Washers are pretty steep, but larger than the ones at the downtown location. I avoided this location for a bit because of the reviews, but wish I hadn’t having gone in. It isn’t half as bad as the reviews suggest. I would use this laundromat again.

Amazing service. The lady I see every Thursday morning is very friendly & helpful but I found every time I come to the Sahali location a majority of their washers & dryers are out of service resulting in line ups of people waiting to use the few machines that do work. I see a tech come in periodically but the following week when I go in those same machines are down again. With the amount of money this place makes you'd think they'd use some of it to properly maintain the machines or buy new ones to replace the ones that break down on a weekly basis.

Out of fabric softener sheets but no way to know this without asking why it wasn't working in the dispensing machine. Coins were hard to insert in one of the machines we used. No public washrooms. Service from the attendant was decent.

I use their washers/dryers and that Indian lady was very rude to me... she even called the police on another client... they wanted him to leave (with his clothes in laundry wet) just because he told her to be more polite...Don't encourage that type of behavior please

$7 per wash (30mins) loonies only. 25¢ for 3mins drying. I put $2 for 24mins. It is clean and tidy and it have a hand washing basin!

The washing machines are old but they get the job done. There is a nice couch and plenty of chairs for waiting. If you like second-hand cigarette smoke, you'll love this place. The lady in charge goes outside to chain smoke but stands in the open doorway. Other than that, she's friendly, pleasant and helpful.

I would not recommend using the small drying machines, half of the shirts that I put into one were badly damaged with black marks and rips. I Asked if maybe I had done something wrong, the staff had no answers apart from suggesting I use one of the larger ones next time.

I took 2 bags of laundry in to get washed. They said 5 loads which I thought was to high but figured if it was less they would adjust cost. Well they charged me for 5 loads and charged me 60.00. If that is the way they treat out of town guests they will never get my business again. I'm sure they don't care but I will be sure to let everyone I know in Kamloops to find somewhere else to do their laundry unless they want to get ripped off also. Very displeased with their service

Dry cleaning turn around time good. Sent in three suits. Cleaned okay. Pressing very poor. All suits the lapels were wrong. One side as much as four inches out from other side. None were where they should have been. Had to get them redone elsewhere so I could wear them. Never again.

We went there despite the reviews and we learned the hard way to NEVER GO BACK. Worst experience possible. Firstly, the laundromat smells like cigarette smoke. Secondly, the service is garbage. We dropped off our laundry and were told it would cost 11.60, come to pick it up the and the woman said double the price. When we asked for clarification she said it was an "estimate". How can you possibly double an estimate and not inform us earlier that it was an estimate. The older woman was the most rude person we've ever encountered. When we politely asked her to inform us about the price more clearly next time, she told us, "dont tell me how to do my job." The older woman was also incredibly unkind to her coworker, scoffing at her at any chance. Save yourself from this experience, find yourself another place. These people do not deserve anyone's business.

Only went here once to be overcharged and have my laundry rolled into a ball as opposed to folded. Started going to the north shore instead, but apparently the same poor service is available at either, depending on who happens to be working.

Go Elsewhere. I wish I would have read the reviews more carefully. Re: dry cleaning.The Sahali outlet has very poor customer service. Glenda lost my item, did not even offer an apology, did not put my issue as a top priority.Just excuses about being busy. The reaction was like it was a common occurrence, which I'm sure it is. Go somewhere else.

RE: dry-cleaning. I too "lost" my item. There is an employee or an owner here accumulating a lot of stuff, and not returning it to the customer. Always of the "guise" of having lost it. C'mon, lets be real. Lost? Or damaged? Or given away in error to someone else? Or "acquired." If you want your item back - go somewhere else. Read the reviews and see how often this is happening here. There is another dry-cleaner in Sahali Mall beside Bold Pizza, which is where I will be going from now on.

Wait for the dryers with the digital timers otherwise you will be ripped off. Digital dryers give you 4 mins per quarter, the others are only 3 mins per quarter despite what the attendant tells you.

They did a good job hemming my pants. They put my information in the computer wrong twice and couldn't get in contact me because of this. Seems to take awhile to get thing's back, hope no one is in a rush. The place is kept really clean. Hopefully better next time

This was the worst place I've ever been. They had more machines out of order then working ones. Place looked like a repair shop not a laundromat. Walked out. I'd rather go out of town and find a proper laundromat.

This place is so far THE WORST laundromat business ever.. if you do it by yourself its an over priced nightmare with old /half broken machines and maybe some "special person" who monopolize all of the few dryers that works with her 8-12 loads .. management will tell you to wait .." here its like that .. she arrived first she have priority on you" told me the young lady.. After that event i ve paid them to do my laundry thinking to avoid all troubles that way but .. They call me to make me wait while they were talking to each other..so i said 'excuse me" and they told me to wait because she had to speak to her co-worker... ok i heard them talking about my bag of tide pods then she came back to me to finally tell me that she forgot why she called me.. they kept or lost a full bag of tide pods . I have seen the old lady that work there have been really agressive with a young lady worker in an improper way for a business that operate in public and today she was loosing it on me because i didn't wanted to wait to know what is going on whith the famous full bag of tide pods.. well to much for what it suppose to be .. its only laundry how can it goes wrong .. go see by yourself and you will feel it at the second you will cross the door. This place shouldn't be run this way .. its so wrong.

My clothes felt dirty after washing them here. The inside of this shop was quite dirty, see pictures. The manager has an edge to her, which is alright for she was helpful and semi pleasant. If you don't like cigaret smoke stay away from inside this place. It looks as though this business has the prison laundry contract...

This place is a certain kind of bad. From just plain dirty to the lack of effort by staff to keepmthe place tidy. Cigarette butts in the dryers dried on gum and other sticky stuff in dryers. Left over clothes every where. It's absolutely disgusting.

This is the first laundry service I have ever used that didn't take anything out of my pockets. Receipts, money, cigarette butts, dirt, etc. Oh and thanks for washing my wireless headphones!! Typically these items are removed and placed in a separate bag. Now I have to unfold all of these "clean" clothes to find anything that was left in the pockets, and empty any dirt that was left behind. This is not why I hire a service to wash my work clothes. Now I need to spend more time before I leave for work tomorrow, may aswell have just done them at home and saved 30$.

$5 for a front loader wash, $4 for a top loader; in $1 coins: driers take 25 cent coins, we spent $2 on drying. There's a few shops nearby and somewhere to get coffee. Clothes were clean. Job done

Terrible location ill drive the extra 10 mins to North shore location. These guys charged me for 2.5 loads for a single load of laundry North shore did twice as much for the same price. 30 bucks for a single bag of laundry with these guys and 30 for 3 bags at North shore. Not at all impressed
