My partner and I go to laundry mat once a week. Always greeted with a smile. A story. And quick prompt service. We use the triple or double loaders and then the dryers. We love coming to McCleaners. New to Kamloops. We feel very comfortable and welcomed at this establishment. Clean and sanitized according to safety protocols.

Who owns this place? Why is the place so dirty, floors, machines, where is the person that fixes machines and why do they sit there? Fix them or find someone too fo it. Anyway have to do laundry sonewhere but come on if you have it operational at try to keep it running pay attention. Thanks

I took in all the cushion covers from my loveseat and sofa and Rick the owner had suggested having them washed and hung. They came out beautifully and I would certainly recommend McCleaners north shore location.

Overpriced and not the cleanest but the machines work and the staff are friendly! There isn’t much to chose from for laundromats in Kamloops so take what you can get.

Their have $5, $6 & $7 coin pay washer. Washer takes only $1dollar coin. Dryer takes only 25¢ coin. 25¢ can buy you 4 seconds of drying time.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Very rude girl at the desk. 2nd time in a row this has happened. As such, I will not be returning. Plus half of their machines are broken at any given time too and very expensive. $4 for small laundry load, $0.25 for 3 mins in the dryer. Simply outrageous. If you are paying that much, you'd think the equipment would be in better shape and the attendant would be friendly at least. Disgusting.

it MC' SUCKS - i spent 242 $ doing laundry there and then she gives me attitude for washing a fleece blanket in a " top loader " machine, well, i have been doing laundry that way since the 80's ~ if i wasnt travelling id be doing it at home. she was trying to upsale me into using a 5 or 6 $ machine, this is ludicrous ok, because in metro vancouver its only 2.75 a load and the machines are new ! not older than noahs ark.... and then i wonder about the laws regarding vending machines, is it legal to charge an exorbitant amount for dry cleaning and laundromat services ?? it seems to me like they are also breaking the MC LAW ! OVER AT MC CLEANERS ~ HMMM FEDERAL LAWS....... AND 50 000 $ FINES .... MC NEWS FLASH ! IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE MORE THAN 3 $ A LOAD !
