Really disappointed with the response from Fabriclean Kamloops. My company TKO FORKLIFT has been using them exclusively for a long time now and have always been handled fairly. This last time we checked in 16 coveralls. 14 old and two new. All marked. Picked up 14 old ones and two new ones missing. Sent my guy up there to verify and look around through misc piles. Nothing. Called and talked to rep and they say oh well. NOT OUR PROBLEM. Nice. so what is the log in book for?? Too bad. I like supporting local but if my business isn't worth $200 lost coveralls guess this will be the end. Social media and my industrial sites will be flooded with this shortly. Unreal Guess they really "like my linens" as in there cover page..more than me. Amazing that just the new ones disappeared.
