What a relief to have a great company like Concord Kamloops Restoration and Cleaning in Kamloops! The stains on my stairway carpet were many, not to mention that I made a poor attempt to remove the stains myself and made a bad situation even worse by setting the stains in.To my dismay it looked like I needed to replace the 22 step carpeted stairway. I phoned Concord Kamloops and what an amazing team came to my rescue. Justin and Nick were attentive and carefully listened to my problem. Called them a bit panicked at like 9pm on a Sunday because my rental home in Kamloops flooded and I needed someone there as soon as possible. They had someone over to look at it, provide a quote and helped my tenants with a few temporary fixes all within an hour. Not only were they great throughout the whole process, they were fast and provided high quality work and never tried to overcharge, they were actually consciously doing their best to keep the costs as low as they could and suggested great people to do all the sub-trades. All-in-all as much as flooding sucks, Concord (Justin and Clay, to be more specific) made the whole thing a lot less stressful and was just an all around great company to deal with. 100% would suggest going with them for any of your restoration (or any services) needs!

Thanks to the cold spell I had the outflow pipe under my mobile freeze up, causing water to back up into my unit. Called Justin and he explained the process and they had equipment in my home asap to get things dried up. We had prompt service at the begining of our issue. Then went many days without communication, stating will get right back to us. Multiple calls to company with no return. Project manager Called us to see if we had equipment that apprentice took 2 days prior. Project manager thought our wall remained wet after fans were removed and another of their techs had cleared it as being dry. Do not know if walls are actually dry or mold building in them. No communication between team members and clients. Update: the owners contacted us prompty after hearing our concerns and have appologized for the inconvenience. They are ensuring this will not occur to any other customer and this is not how their usual business is run. Thank you for your prompt reply to rectify this situation.

Had a leak in my basement, coming from the ceiling. Not a huge leak, but still big enough to call a restoration crew. These guys were amazing. I called late at night, they picked up and let me know they could have crew at my house within an hour. I let them know it wasn't that urgent. I had isolated the leak and turned off the water. The Concord crew came first thing in the morning, opened up the walls, brought in fans, and a dehumidifier. They were in and out within an hour. Over the next week, things dried out and Concord came to fix the drywall and repaint. Super professional and did a great job!! I would hire these guys again...just hope I don't need to.

In the middle of July our dishwasher starting leaking from underneath and went through the floor and we had water damage in our basement suite. We called a plumber and these guys were recommended to us. After bringing the fans to dry, the dehumidifier started to leak as well (thankfully I saw it). My husband texted Justin and he said that someone would be here first thing in the morning. By 4:30 I had to call and no one had shown up. This was a continuing theme. If I needed something done, I had to chase them down. When they finally decided to communicate with us properly, they said that they couldn't even start the job until August 5 and wouldn't be done until the end of August. Not only this, but I was told that I would be hard pressed to find someone to get it done faster. I talked to my insurance adjuster, he had someone in my house the next day, and on August 8, all renos are done. I was very disappointed with the service that was provided.

We had a collapsed sewer pipe which flooded our basement a few weeks ago around 9pm on a Sunday evening. Needless to say it was a stressful experience. We contacted Mr. Rooter that night and they arranged for First General Kamloops to arrive along with one of their plumbers. Justin and Alex with First General showed up very promptly and proceeded to get to work on cleaning, decontaminating and dehumidifying the area. They were very efficient, no nonsense and immediately put my wife and I at ease. They continued to follow up with us throughout the rest of the week and monitor the progress of the cleaning and dehumidifying. Justin even called us several times to answer our questions while he was out of the country for a work conference. We have no hesitation in recommending First General for any disaster recovery needs.

We had an issue with a leaking water meter. We called Concord in the following morning (Friday) and Jaydon was at our home before lunch. He checked the damage to the wall and carpet and using a moisture meter was able to detect even the smallest water damage along the wall and baseboard areas. Jaydon was very clear and helpful as to what repairs needed to be done. Jaydon also followed up the following Monday morning to see how the fans and heaters worked on the damaged wall and carpet. Awesome follow-up. We are very happy with Concord's response and the direction and advice from Jaydon.

When we moved in there were stains that we were told had tried to be removed three previous times and couldn’t be. On our move out Concord got them out, I told the management company we were renting from that they should use Concord. Heck everyone should use Concord!!

He made sure to hear all my concerns and express sincere remorse for how things were done. He went above and beyond to make things right! It says a lot about a business when they can go so far to make sure their customers are happy even if mistakes were made! Thank you to Justin and his team for their integrity, sincerity and determination to remedy this situation.****** I really dislike having to write a poor review, but after numerous attempts to try to rectify our dissatisfaction with Concord I felt I had no other options. They were called to our home after we had a water leak from upstairs main bath. We had significant issues around communication right from the first day they were on site. 1. They required some payment upfront before starting work with the promise that I would receive bill and detailed invoice that day by email. It has been almost a month since they first came and I have yet to receive anything except the till receipt from their debit machine (They never even left a card). After I asked to have a break down of the costs (which they only briefly showed me on their ipad), it was discovered they had over charged us. And after asking several times for refund, we are still waiting for refund. 2.They promised to return every day to check on fans and drying process for our leak. The very first day after they came to install fans we did not hear anything from them. When I called, it seemed as if I was a nuisance but was assured that someone would be by within 2 hours. No one showed. I called after an hour of no one showing and they didn't even apologize, just stated that they were really busy. They repeatedly would book times to come by and check on equipment and drying process and they would either change the time last minute or no one would come (which was extremely frustrating to plan around). Constantly telling me that they were too busy and over worked. 3. We were promised a quote to rebuild after everything was dry. However, we are still waiting for that quote, surprise, surprise. We have tried over the last several weeks to contact them, but are constantly told that someone will call us back but no one does. This has all been very unfortunate as we felt we paid a lot of money for their service, but was constantly having to call and remind them to complete the work they promised from day one. We very much felt taken advantage of during the stress of having a leak in our home. We definitely would not recommend their services.

Concord Restoration (Justin) did a great job cleaning my carpets. The previous owners had cats. Concord pre-inspected the carpets for pet spotting. The carpets came out clean with no concern for residual pet dander or odor. Concord also diagnosed a water damage issue with my main floor bathroom and the tile in and around the area of the bathroom. Concord tested for moisture levels and prepared a comprehensive report and estimate for complete repair. They were very thorough and professional.
