Good 24/7 self car wash. It is outdoors, but it's well lit and even has hot water and soap! Plus has credit card transaction machine in stalls.

Gas station itself is great staff are super friendly and they have screamers! Car wash I went through and it seemed like the left washer arm wasn't getting any pressure in the first half of the wash compared to what the right side was putting out

Only reasonably priced car wash facility left in Kamloops. Can still put 1$ in to use the pressure washer which is nice. Where everyone else charges 2$ and less time.

Automatic Wash was good but there's no dryer at the end - not good anytime, but especially winter. Wise Guys wash is just as good but has a dryer too.

Try to have the crew wash my truck. Hot outside, one fellow will not wash unless the engine is turned off. You can go another time and its not an issue. If this is the policy it should be posted. Not at the whim of one employee.

This was actually a really decent car wash experience. The weather was really bad so I just wanted to get some of the dirt/sand/salt off the car and the wash actually did a pretty good job of that. I'd go again.

Poor service I am handicapped so I use the full service pump, they make you wait forever to get fuel. Is it full service or no service? Makes me wonder.

WARRNING!! Used my credit card in the car wash machine.I was charged $36.00 Asked manager about this problem won't refund. Will never return. Read these reviews this is a common problem that they won't fix this is FRAUD.

The legendary "Robo" until they got all homogenized and named it "Canco". Renowned hang out for Addicts, and Homeless, and every other type under the sun. This place has it all - cool merch behind the counter, Keno, cheapest Cigarettes around, and lots of coffee for the working stiffs. Outside they have plenty of pumps, including Propane and Full Service, so there generally isn't much waiting for fuel here. Staff works hard and they are competent and friendly. Last but not least, "Canco" ( it'll always be Robo to me lol ) has WAY more than enough car wash stalls. The pressure is decent, and the price is right. You can either wash yourself, of have the staff do it - for a fee, obviously. The good news is that "Canco" is 100% up to the task of carrying on the fine, longstanding tradition laid down by the legendary ROBO.

They employ kids out of school. Poor pay, but the kids learn the value of a buck. They wash cars quick, and will correct if you find a missed spot. But they're usually right on the money.

They close part of the pool for swimming lessons and still charge you full price to get in. The change rooms floors are always gross hair wet dirty even had poo on the floor one time no one maintains them especially the family change rooms the price to get in is not reflective of poor cleanliness. The only thing this place is going for it is the facility.

I have severe asthma and am exempt from wearing a mask. I was discriminated by them today. The manager walked out with the mask around her chin and started lecturing me not even properly wearing her mask. This is the day and age we live in. It was never about a virus. It’s about control. It was very evident this lady with the chin mask with nose/mouth exposed has never had any power in her life and here she is finally getting to boss ppl around. Well Karen you lost a customer.

I worked at the location for 7 years. When it was purchased by PR Petroluem it changed from an Esso to Canco. I am a very customer service driven person, I want people to come into a warm, friendly and clean environment. I was treated poorly for the last year of my employment (I found another place of employment that values their employees). I would show up (at Canco) and find the place a complete mess before my shift, so I would get busy and start cleaning the place up. Well, least to say I was wrote up for it. I was also wrote up for not responding to texts or calls (on my cell phone that was paid for by my part time employer). Canco is not what they claim to be, they will treat people terribly and even turn away those that heat with propane in the cold because they feel they are the propane police (They will send you away saying it is illegal to transport propane in a Cab (it is, however that is up to the Cabbie to enforce that) even if it is in the negatives and that is your only source of heat. It is the attendants responsibility to ensure the tank is safe to fill and meets all the requirements (it is within date and that there is no damage to the tank) to fill it). I hope that they can get the staff that care about customers, are able to communicate with the customers.

The only reason I'm giving this planet e 3 stars is because if their new points/rewards program they have, plus they have a decent selection. Otherwise,I would be giving them either 1, or NO stars at all. I am an older disabled woman, definitely no threat, or into any mischief. However, when I found myself with a broke down vehicle, with a dead cell phone, and NO payphone in sight, I was blatantly shut down, and VERY rudely by an older woman when I asked if I could use the phone. Even when I asked if I gave her the #, and if she could phone my help herself, she STILL refused!! I'd like to add that it was fairly late at night, and that there was absolutely nobody around. She was NOT busy, so where would the harm have been helping out someone in distress. That's NOT cool, and also offensive.

A good place to go to get hosed on gas prices. The only redeeming qualities of this gas bar are slightly better than average convenience store & the car wash, which is the largest in town (not the best, but definitely the largest).

So I know my car has a couple dings and some pre-existing scuff marks, but this is next level laziness. Didnt bother to rinse their vrushes like I had asked, wacked my car a few time with there brushes, left some fairly noticeable scuffs in my paint and on my headlight, and paying for underspray is a pointless joke. Used to take my car here everytime it needed a wash when i lived here and everytime i get into town when i come back to visit, but this last experience was the absolute worst car wash ive ever had for the money they charge, would highly recommend just doing it yourself

Pulled in to full service as all other pumps were full. Pump read "please pay inside" I proceeded to go inside to pay for fuel, after some confusion from the clerk, the pump attendant was asked to come inside, were he claimed to have put $15 of 87 octane in my truck (under his own accord) After assuring them both that I had just pulled up, and wanted to get fuel. Pump attendant continued to imply I was wrong, and that I had told him to put $15 in. After finally speaking to a manager, I was able to pay for the fuel I wanted, only to be told by the attendant "if I didn't want full service, I shouldn't have pulled up to that pump" As if that justifies allegedly putting a random octane, random amount of fuel in my truck? Manager was reasonable, but the hired help were less then compitent, and had serious bad communication skills.

The U-DO bays are often dirty and covered in mud. The pressure washers are often cavitating and leaking. On the bright side they never seem to run out of chemical from what I can tell and the water is always hot. As of 04/15/2019 I am now being overcharged if you use your Credit Card to activate the U-Do bays. Whatever the price it says I am going to be charged when I hit "stop" is NOT what I am being charged on my card later on, it is often 2x that amount. AVOID this place, it's really not that good.

Last 5 or 6 times at the car wash were great ..this last time they COMPLETELY scratched EVERY panel on my truck with scuff marks and banging with brush sides as well as sandy scratches literally ALL OVER!! I showed them and they are trying to escape all responsibility regarding this. WARNING.. if you have a vehicle that you love and don't want it to get wrecked then DO NOT GO HERE..devastated

Paid for a wash and wax. New owners only two staff working at a leisurely pace. Very poor quality of wash... had to ask them to redo windshield so had to drive around after going through wash. Waxing and under carriage machine does not work... no lights to tell you what you are getting or when to stop or complete. Do not think I was given the wax ... very very poor job ... still bugs on grill when I checked the car out when I got home. Probably all products are watered down considerably to go the extra 500 washes. This place is usually very busy... no one there today so thinking it must be quality of service. Do not go here and I will definitely not return myself. Entire business in a very shabby dirty run down condition
