No complaints from me - my dryer died, I went on Sunday afternoon and picked one out and it was delivered and installed 2 hours later, on a Sunday! Price was reasonable for what I got.

Logan and Kevin went above and beyond to provide great service. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Affordable and reasonable. I purchased a washing machine yesterday afternoon and they were able to deliver it to my home around dinner time the same day. They took away my old washer that broke down. They installed the new one and made sure everything was safe and sound behind my existing dryer as well.

Has good quality fridges that are all very clean. Just need a longer warranty, 3 months wasn't long enough for me, otherwise I would have bought a fridge from B.B.

Made arrangements with reception to have a refurbished washer delivered and installed next day. After waiting for a couple hours I called to inquire about the delivery and when I finally got to talk to Kevin, (owner) he had no real idea of what arrangements his business had agreed to. Probably not the best idea to use your underage kids as your receptionist. Needless to say he wasn’t interested in delivering when agreed upon and didn’t seem to want a sale too badly. Tried to help out a small local business, but now I guess I’ll go buy new.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Rip off. Cheaper at Costco. Warranty is fake. They only clean and resell at highly inflated prices. Go anywhere else. Extremely rude if you have any issues with your appliance. They ONLY want your money. I regret spending my money there. Now it's going to cost me more.

Do not waste your time or money. So rude. No customer service. Made a deal for stove and delivery arrangements. Nobody I called had any idea of the deal promised. Delivery never happend. Customer service is the worst. Spend your money elsewhere. Warranty only covered if you pay extra for delivery. I was left days without a stove waiting before dealing with a much better company. Used doesn't mean cheaper.
