Great service, hard working personnel. Would recommend for any social or professional event.

If you are a Marriott person it is a good place. You won't find that much in the way of larger hotels around this area. It was very comfortable, nice, clean rooms but it certainly lacks any real sense of local flavor. Staff was friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking.

Very comfy and all but breakfast is limited and the gym is as basic as my home gym. But everything is veryclean and tidy

(Translated) Good service and welcoming staff. The reason for my 3 star is that they charged me the deposit to my credit card and never refunded it! I called and they told me it wasn't their problem, the rooms were already paid for so I don't know what happened but too much money got on my back. I needed to call visa and honestly spend hours on the phone fixing this kind of mistake I think we would all do without. I'm so disappointed. (Original) Bon service et personnel accueillant. Stayed here for a couple of nights in February. Service for check in was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking as well and I do not recall them charging us for parking which was nice. Rooms were good, very clean, had everything you wanted. Walls a little thin, could hear TV from next door, wasn’t too bad and didn’t stop me from sleeping, but if you had an inconsiderate neighbour it could be an issue. They beds were super comfy as too pillows. There is a laundry on the floor I was staying on which was also helpful. They have a really good gym here, way better than I expected and one of the best I have encountered at hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so if you needed anything it too was very handy. The hotel is connected to a restaurant, not sure if one and the same, but it gets charged back to your room. Service was good, I only had breakfast a couple of times here, food and service was good. Waiters mostly spoke English and once they knew you only spoke English they had someone with wait on you that could help.

Its great the hotel is working hard to improve the place. New boston pizza, new indoor pool and soon a kid's playroom. Customer services is always great. They also give breakfast sandwich because of the covid situation. I would recommand and I would go back

This is a nice and very complete hotel for the region. The beautiful: very complete, excellent location, free parking, friendly staff*. The good: very comfortable bed, nice shower (would be beautiful if not in bathtub), smart furniture. The bad: although friendly, some staffs look angry and not receptives - but just visually. The ugly: one star lost because rooms to west side are over noisy rooftop ventilators.

Il faut sans cesse quémander des serviettes. Nous étions 4 et le personnel n’en fournissait que pour deux …..chercher l’erreur !

Also, we liked the fact of having the shopping center connected to the hotel and therefore no need to go outside to access it. The only negative is that lunch was not offered whereas when we arrived we were told that lunch started at 6.30am. So, we believed it was included until we figured out it's at Boston Pizza! However, I give a 5 star rating because we had very good service during our stay at the hotel. (Original) Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à cet hôtel. Le personnel à su très bien répondre à nos demandes. De plus, nous avons bien aimé le fair d'avoir le centre commercial relié à l'hôtel et donc pas besoin de sortir dehors pour y accéder. Le seul point négatif est que le déjeuner n'était pas offert alors que lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on s'est fait dire que le déjeuner commençait à 6h30. Ainsi, nous croyions que c'était inclus jusqu'à ce qu'on comprenne que c'est au Boston Pizza! Malgré tout, je donne une note de 5 étoiles car nous avons eu un très bon service lors de notre séjour à l'hôtel.

Located next to a main road. It is situated next to a small shopping mall where you can do groceries. You can find a Mc Donald's, Tim Hortons and a Mike's within walking distance. Not much around. Staff are very helpful and rooms are clean. Wifi is good. There is a free parking lot right in front of the hotel. There is no taxi waiting in the area so call early.

Excellent hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Pool area was great with sauna and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Super comfortable rooms! Overall, an excellent stay.

Good place with nice, recently renovated rooms. Unfortunately, no microwave in room, and it is a bit away from the city centres. On the up side, it has quick and easy highway access to get to places you might want to see.

Very clean and modern. Stayed for a couple of days with zero issues and had a pleasant stay. In the winter, parking is available for snowmobiles and is a very popular. Will stay here again if in Saguenay.

Nice hôtel. Needs some renovations especially the ventilation in rooms, a little too noisy.
