So far, I have brought in 5 items and I am always happy. I brought 2 jeans with really bad rips and they did an impressive job at repairing them! Good price (30$). They deep cleaned my couch pillows and repaire an entire ripped sleeve on my coat. I am also a big fan of their hours (open till 6). This means that I can swing by after work to pick up my order.

I brought my suit to be cleaned to the location at Place Du Centre, which I understand ships clothing to this location for actual cleaning. On the first pass, my suit jacket was not ready at the time specified. It still had a stain, which required me to wait an additional day for the work to be done properly. When I returned to pick up the suit the second time it was now clean but one of the buttons was broken in half. I was advised that "buttons are not guaranteed". I paid for a cleaning service. It would be nice if this service was prompt and did not cause me to incur additional costs. I will not be giving Nettoyeur St. Louis my business again.

Brought 4 dress shirts to be cleaned and pressed - showed up the day they were due and my shirts had been lost, they told me to come back the next day so i requested a discount since I was depending on my shirts being clean for that day. showed up the next day and received a 15% discount on my order but the lady servicing me wouldn't even smile at me - I brought my order home and the the next day had a look at my shirts, 2/4 were totally abused during washing. One has major wrinkles on the back and the other appears to be barely pressed on half of it with parts that are overdressed and it really shows. Really not pleased with this company.

J’ai déjà dépensé plus de $1,000 avec eux pour mes nettoyages à sec et mes altérations et je dois maintenant dépensé plus pour amener mes vêtements à une autre couturière, tout à cause de leur incompétence. Ils sont dispendieux et de qualité inférieure. C’est dommage, puisqu’ils étaient très bon, il y a quelques années, quand j’ai commencé à faire affaires avec eux.
