I'm surprised at how good a job their touchless system cleans my vehicle. I usually run my car through there twice a month all year round. The owner is on the ball and always helps you when there's an issue with the touchscreen menu that's gotten to hot from the sun to see the LCD display. I guess he also recognizes his repeat costumer's and says hi.

Bought the $9 wash, got home and saw it charged my C/C for $16. Threw the receipt away at the gas station so I’ve got no proof. And it was a lousy wash.

Drive by this wash!!! Use wand wash at Hope Husky, wand wash Canyon Automotive, or WashWorld Chilliwack (Hwy 1/vedder rd). I’ve never had a bad experience at this three aleternate locations. At Water Ave Carwash Card readers don’t work to encourage/force you into buying proprietary tokens. 13 dollar wash won’t clean your vehicle like you’d expect the top priced wash to do. The Wash ran out of water 1/2 way through spot free rinse. Owner says it’s because the wash was busy and his pumps couldn’t fill the tanks. Obviously the wash has no way to stop when there is no water. BUYER BEWARE is the owner’s attitude After pulling out of the wash, the owner thought the best solution was to rinse the vehicle with hose water. I lost the value of the spot free rinse and dry. No offer to rewash or refund value. Also he soaked me with the hose, and my interior as one window was open. Very RUDE! I’m a local and want to support local business, but if this is the best Water Car Wash can do, I can’t imagine how tourist feel about getting ripped off

I chose the $9 car wash and got charged $16 on my CC, after calling my CC company they said it's typical to be authorized for the most expensive ($16) and then actually billed the actual amount a few days later ($9). Confusing and I thought it was a scam but I was happy to get it all resolved. Car wash was fine.

Great place to get your car washed, it's all touchless so you won't get scratches. There's 2 bays and you can use tap to pay, you don't even need to get out of your car. Everything is pretty high tech and automatic.

Purchased the super $13 Worst car wash iv ever been too! My vehicle was not dirty to begin with only a little dusty and it looked the same after I went through. Super disappointed. Don't bother with this place
