Doing laundry here is very different from other laundry mats. Staff are courteous and friendly do a great job of keeping him place clean and keeping the roof raff road and save probably one of the best places and Hamilton do you laundry downtown great hours

Lady is absolutely rude , I came in to use the change machine before lugging my laundry in because often times at laundry Matt’s the change machine doesn’t work . She then proceeded to argue with me that without my laundry in the store I could not use the machine and basically called me a thief . How is it stealing when I’m placing money in the machine and it’s replacing it with quarters ? Let alone the fact she wasn’t even wearing a mask well arguing with me in a store full of customers . Terrible customer service , ghetto environment

The facilities here are really good, but I wish they would hire an attendant to work evenings. There's a lot of creeps who will come inside, looking under all the machines for quarters, or just lingering outside the door. As a single woman I feel somewhat unsafe at times when I need to do my laundry after a certain hour and I'm the only person in the building.

We live down the street and my girlfriend does our heavy laundry here all the time. Went in to get change tonight (which we were coming back to use the majority of at the laundromat later this evening) and was told I couldn't use the change machine as it is needed for customers. I told the lady that my girlfriend does our laundry here all the time and we get change here all the time to which she replied "well you shouldn't". Won't be back and won't miss the place. There's lots of laundromats in the neighbourhood and they should be more polite to their patrons.

I am editing my post as I realize how awful it seemed. I had one bad experience on top of what was already a bad day. To Sue, I am very sorry. You truly are a great person. Just not so much on that day. Lol. We all have those days and no one deserves to be blasted. Again, I M sorry. Every other experience I have had at this laundromat has been great. I used to dread going to a laundromat as I do not like being around a bunch of people. But I feel completely at ease here. I had one bad experience with another customer who had been creeping and getting VERY close. Sue made sure to tell him to stay away from me. When Theresa came in she kicked him out. I feel completely at ease here knowing that not only will the staff and owners defend customers but will also help ease your fears afterwards. Thank you for that.

I believe it's open 24hrs, with attendee after 10am. It's not a large laundromat but washing machines are mostly new with one top loader. Dryers are half updated with the other half slightly older, and $.25/5min. It's not overly busy. Free wifi.

Clean and easy! Well maintained. The owner is very kind and he greets us when we came into the store. A very nice and friendly owner. Definitely recommend this place and will come by next time <3!

I took a feather mattress topper 2 B dry cleaned & it was obviously WASHED! The feathers inside were clumped 2gether & it was still damp! ***IT WAS RUINED!!!***

My main issue with this laundry mat are the old always broken down dryers. Having to do multiple times in the dryer because it breaks down mid way through or just don't get to temp is very annoying. I think the dryers need a mayor update. The laundry mat across the road is WAY better for drying and washer just inconvenient location on a one way street.

Love this place! Friendliest attendants in all of Hamilton, plus, their prices are more than reasonable. My only issue is that they aren’t open 24/7- otherwise i’m hooked. Super clean too

Have been getting my laundry wash/fold done here for over a year. I am very impressed with the service, and the price is lower than most without compromising quality ($1/lb). Jeff, Theresa and Sue are so friendly/funny and will customize your laundry according to your preferences. The laundromat itself is very clean and bright.

Normally I would give this place a 5 star rating. However this has now happened twice. I pay extra for my laundry to get washed and folded and I lead a busy day and can’t always take the time to do it. I gave my name and number to the attendant at 1pm. She repeated the number out loud to me twice so I do know that she in fact has the right number this time (last time that was the excuse for not calling). I asked before dropping it off if it would for sure get done today. As the laundry had ALL of my work clothes in it. She said yes and I PAID before leaving. She told me she had a new attendant that would be there until at least 8pm that day. I told her to please call me when it was ready (standard procedure). I continued on with my day. By 8:00pm I realized no one had called me. I drove over there. Gates were locked, I can SEE my clothing sitting back there. No one answers the phone and there is no one else to call. Now I don’t have my clothing. It’s sitting behind a locked gate. Now I don’t have ANY work clothes for tomorrow morning. This SHOULDNT happen when you pay extra to have someone take care of it for u. I’m only writing this because now I have no idea what to do about my clothing situation for work tomorrow morning and I believe there should be some repercussions for this. Normally I am very pleased with this facility. This time I’m making it known that I’m not.

The Laundromat is one of my favorite places to go. Doing laundry is a necessity and it's nice to chat with the staff as you work. I have been going to this Laundromat for the past five years. It is always clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices have gone up slightly due the covid shut down. All manufacturers have raised the purchase price due to the closures. But throughout the covid shut down Jeff and Theresa remained open and sanitized the machines as often as possible. I think they have done a great job in supporting their clientele and keeping them safe. Everyone is required to wear a mask, because we are all in this together!! ????

There a lot of washers and dryers, double load and larger ones for extra big loads, it keep very clean and have an attendant at 10:00am I am not sure what time attendant leaves. They change machine so can get change for 5 10 20 dollar bills.

Used to go here and it was an amazing experience went here today and the vibe was completely different and was absolutely disgusting the treatment that my daughter and I received was absolutely not welcoming the staff was very rude also there is two staff working but yet none of them could sanitize the machines during the pandemic but one of them had the right to give me a lecture about my mask even though I'm medically exempt same as my daughter with autism telling me about a bylaw but yet by law they're supposed to be keeping their environment clean and sanitized but yet they're not instead they all just sat down during laundry switch overs and chatted amongst each other but when their friends came in or ""regulars"" they were friendly to one another but not with others their washers are great especially the jumbo ones and their dryers are decent if you grab the right one that the older dryers are better then the newer one and don't steal your quarters the newer dryers , it also came to my attention today that after buying things from their convenience stand that prices change when whoever's working so keep in mind that one day something will be $0.75 in the next day something will be a $1 also after the employees smoke breaks of they smell nothing like marijuana so if you don't want your brand new wash good smelling clothes to smell like fresh weed this place is not for you sadly I won't be returning ,

More dryers than washing machines, the dryers take forever. Every time I've been there, I've used the express dryer and I always leave with slightly damp clothes. One of the staff is very invasive and in your face. I just want to do my laundry in peace and she was constantly talking to me. She allowed someone drinking beer out in the open while doing their laundry. Smelled like cigarette smoke constantly. I like how it's close to where I live, that there is a decent working change machine and you can get cashback for said machine.

Very busy place, which is good, but couldn't get a machine had to go elsewhere. Small inside, staff wasn't wearing a mask, 2 patrons no mask either. Will be a 2nd choice to go here.
