I don't think I've ever said "wow, I had a great time at the laundromat" before but I really did when I came here today. It's at the back of a little convenience store which is indeed convenient because they sell a nice range of laundry soaps etc along with coffee, candy, snacks and other stuff that's good to have if you're stuck doing an afternoon's worth of wash. It's not as fancy as some places; there are a few older top-load machines, the tv apparantly doesn't work (doesnt bother me) and there are a few out of order signs. But the people who run this place are really nice, helpful if you need something & don't bug you otherwise. The prices are better than most places, for me about $1.25-$1.75 less per load than other places. It's nice they have a working bathroom you can actually use and also a laundry tub if you want to handwash delicates or presoak. Add the fast, free wifi and that's easily 5 stars. But the absolute highlight of my visit was chatting with the owners kids, two of the most charming and hilarious boys I've ever met. They read me funny Internet quotes, told jokes that were actually funny, taught me some video game boxing moves and totally entertained me while I was waiting for my laundry. I wish there was a 6th star to give these guys, they earned it!
